I have never met a hot dog I didn’t like (and I’ve had plenty), until tonight. I went to this Sonic because LOCATION. I’ve had bad luck with their hamburgers, which is why I ordered the dog at all. It mostly had no flavor except for a weird aftertaste. It almost tasted like it had artificial sweetener or something. But yuck.The food wasn’t good, but at least it was slow — almost 20 minutes for a hot dog.I guess I need to learn to never again be tempted by its convenience. It’s just not worth it.
This place has plummeted down hill!This is the second time in a month that I have ordered a sonic blast that wasn’t even worth eating. The first time the ice cream was the correct consistency and all ingredients were mixed well but only halfway through the entire other half of the sonic blast was vanilla ice cream only. Highly disappointing. Today I asked for a small sonic blast with Reeses and m&ms. When I got my ice cream it was almost liquid and all toppings were on the top of the ice cream. Again very disappointing. At the bottom of the ice cream there was almost an entire Reese’s peanut butter cup. Who is training these people? And watching their performance? What a way to ruin my day not once but twice. Terrible! If you want something good I guess you just have to make it for yourself so don’t even bother going to this SONIC. So sad to say one of my favorite places to go :(
Burger didn't have tomatoes so we returned it. Was a hassle but got it done. Chicken nuggets with sauce are quite tasty but needs less sauce. Tater tots are quite delicious. Didn't get my shake order correct but didn't want to deal with taking it back. Would come back but definitely not for the burgers.
Worst meal ever. We never get fast food, but it was a busy night for us. NEVER AGAIN. Almost 40 bucks for inedible garbage. Kids got milkshakes, they threw them out the window so fast I dropped them all over me and my car. Another 40 bucks dry cleaning and 25 to clean the car. Food was so bad, reheated stuff from earlier in the day that had a bad taste. Had to cook dinner when we got home. Even contacted Sonic and they didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry.
Place was busy so it took a while for someone to take our order at the outside parking areas. The cheeseburger and Reese's shake were good and so was the chicken tenders. No place to sit indoors, only outside tables.
I wasn't impressed ? the kids loved it though so if you have children it's not bad for them with the various slushies for me I love a good milkshake and the oreo one I had just tasted like milk.
I ordered online using the app. I pulled into a stall, pushed the button then waited over 10 minutes for a girl to tell me rudely that the stalls were closed. She told me to go through drive thru. She didn't even let me tell her I had an online order. I waited 30 minutes in line. I would have left but I had already paid. My kids like to come for milkshakes and multiple times the wait has been in excess of 30 minutes. We had just left a soccer game on an almost 90 degree day and the kids wanted milkshakes. After all that, the app hung and the order was never received. So after speaking with some young kid, no manager and 50 mins there is nothing for us. NEVER AGAIN. This is a constant problem and this doesn't fit any definition of fast food. I would have left earlier but my order was $43 and didn't want to lose my money. I understand that it is difficult to get workers but, how can you expect to compete with McDonald's when you make people wait 20-30 minutes to go through a drive thru? I could have ordered food and had it delivered quicker than my sonic trip
My family & I went to Sonic for the first time yesterday. Upon waiting what felt like an hour to order they told us they didn't have any type of burgers left besides the kids burger that is literally just bread burger and ketchup. They had no tots, no onion rings, no Philly cheese steaks and no hot dogs..... so we settled for the chicken fingers, from the picture looked pretty good. We get home to eat and the chicken fingers are not what they displayed and the frys we HAD to get because there was nothing else were soggy and filled with oil. Besides all of that their strawberry milkshake was amazing. Never again will. I go there for food. Waste of $30 for sure
Just like others have said, this place has gone way down hill. Took an hour to get food from start to finish. Placed a 2nd order for ice cream and waited over 10 mins for someone to answer the button. The boards don't work in the stalls, the place is dirty, and the app doesn't even work. Carhops don't even roll out anymore! Shame this place was good. Never going here again!!
Went with the family for lunch. The food is decent, the wait time was fairly quick.But the 3star is for staff.They just lack a smile and manors or maybe its ambition im not sure. Our server just had lake of want to be there we left 10 dollar tip and there was no thank yous not a smile like he just took it like it was owed to him
