So for date night we stopped by Serafino's for their BOGO special and was pleasantly surprised. Now BOGO is short for "buy one get one" except you get a max credit of $17.00 dollars and no main course was $17.00 dollars so not a true BOGO.We started with a few cocktails, a Bruschetta with Luzzi Burrata cheese, salad, for the main course we had Veal de Mare and Beef short ribs. My dish , the veal was quite good, my only complaint was that it was luke warm. I attributed that to limited staff and sitting under the heat lamps. The beef dish was good and hot and the breads were superior.

This place has the best chicken Parm in town. My SO loves this place and we go here on any special occasion. You're gonna pay a little extra, but it's well worth it.
Has potential. Friday around 4pm. Dinning area closed. Needed to dine in bar area. Not my thing but we wanted to try the place. Soup was just warm. Alarmed that a pizza ordered there suffered the same fate. You take pizza out of oven and it sits around? Definitely a service problem. Food has promise. Waitress cold never asked how things were. Like we were an inconvenience.Rich
Just had a nice meal. Food and service pretty good but there was a very nastyoud mouthed bartender who repeatedly made loud racial remarks as if she was standing on a street corner. Very distasteful. She was a disgrace to the otherwise nice establishment!
Went on a Monday night. Service was spectacular. Food was on point no complaints whatsoever. Sat in a booth with my wife and 2 kids. Scott the bartender was super accommodating. I even left my debit card by mistake, forgot it and went home, and he was able to get a hold of me to let me know I left it there. Truly above and beyond service. Thank you Scott for everything and Serafino’s for providing us with a great experience for dinner!
The food is really good. Service is decent. The prices are a little expensive for what you get. The portion could be better for the price. And I was disappointed one time when I didn't get what I wanted
Horrible expierence! Food is never ready on time. They will give you one time on a delivery and then have you waiting for it in the restaurant for an additional half hour at least. They always have excuses that the computer had an issue or are super busy. They are super disorganized. They have a bunch of high school or college kids running the take out section that don't know how to properly enter orders or work the order system correctly. Also they are goofy around half the time. Staff is rude!
