This location is terrible. I don't understand how people can mess up an online order. The items are written down and you only have to go down a list. Furthermore, how do you run out of ground beef? I understand there is a supply chain issue but if I can still go buy it in the store without an issue then I don't see how it can be an issue there. Also, if you're going to send my online order in a dish with aluminum foil on it, can you at least designate which are which because once uncovered they all look the same.
Chips were extremely stale, we hardly ate any of them. The steak was super chewy, almost inedible. They were out of a LOT of items, including bowls and bags. This location is falling apart.
Moe's has good food. It's served up quick, hot, to your specifications. You ALWAYS get FRESH tortillas chips, Self serve drinks, my favorite is the "Moe- Rita selection...(they were out this visit ?)Would recommend.
Location sucks. People aren’t very nice and slow service. I ordered online 2 different paid orders. 1 went thru, the other didn’t and I still got charged for both. Beware for online orders
Erin, the general manager, is amazing! She helped me settle issues with Doordash and refunding even though the problem at hand was completely unrelated to her, the Wallingford location, or any Moe’s employee. I genuinely cannot express my gratitude for her and the entire Moe’s staff in Wallingford.
I went there today for lunch and they didn’t have hard shell tacos, they didn’t have any sauces in the self-serve area, they didn’t have the hard round shell that goes inside the stacker. One of the staff said the delivery truck arrived this morning and they just haven’t got the stuff out. I said “never mind” and before me about 3 people left due to the same reason; because they didn’t have what they wanted. I also left. I am not a person to give reviews but I had to. It is not the first time that this happens and not only that, some of them are very unprofessional and have the (I don’t want to work) face. Sad.
There was hair in my burrito, brought it back and asked for a refund. Manager said they don’t do refunds in the store and took my number down and said the general manager would contact me, which they never did.
Not sure what happened to this location (maybe new management?). Hadn’t been here for about a year and finally decided to go there and order a burrito bowl and it was nothing like what I used to get. It was a tiny portion and there was maybe a spoonful of pork in there. The amount of pork was an absolutely joke. It’s like they are rationing out the ingredients to an extreme level which to me says they are cheap. I won’t be going back to this location again. I was very disappointed. Definitely not as good as they used to be.
Portions Here absolutely blow he legit put half a scoop of rice and legit three piece of steak were put in, and chips were as hard as a rock, don’t come here
I given this location enough chances and if you call for a refund on your wrong order you will be promised one, yet it will never be received. Honestly sucks considering the manager seemed like a good guy, I was wrong.
