I used to go to the Dunkin on Hartford Turnpike every day until they started screwing up my order. I decided to try this one. My coffee is hardly ever right and I ask for my food to please be hot and it is always ice cold! The guy at the drive thru is nice, though.screwimg

They don’t understand you, you don’t understand them and then your order is wrong.But you shouldn’t have to get out of your car on your way to work or your next destination just because the person working the drive-through can’t understand what you’re trying to tell them.If you order one of their specialty drinks with an additive such as caramel, why then do they ask you if you want caramel in the particular drink??
