This is the 3rd time I ordered from Uber eats and every time they forget items. They should learn how Uber eats works. Tonight I ordered 3 items and received one. That is unacceptable!
I don't know how they burnt the chicken nuggets and they soaked in hot dog was hot enough bread with soggy light it is through the onions and sour crop on let me know. Never want to go back
Sloooooooooooooooooooow service. No joke, it was just twilight when we ordered. By the time we received the food, it was dark. It is nothing new. However, this time was way too long.
Food is always delicious as is the service.We've never been inside, the drive-thru is quick though.Doesn't taste like fast food at all.
Been going here since I was in 2nd grade 38 now so yes always a deal that don't break the bank.

Where is the extra meat? I order the Asian Chicken Salad with extra meat. It was delivered by Grubhub. Once I notice that I did not get extra meat. I called Duchess. But Duchess did not refund me for the extra meat or took responsibility. I love Duchess, but not anymore. Colony diner is better.

Hot dog was barely warm!! I would have brought it back but I didn't have time!
Not good. Breakfast sandwich was subpar, the egg was almost rubbery. I waited several minutes at the drive through in silence.. I had to ask if anyone was there to take my order. Didn't get a great response. Woman said it was very busy. Thats fine but proper courtesy when someone drives up would be to say please hold a moment or I will be right with you don't leave someone hanging in silence. This was the first time I've ever been to duchess but I don't think I will be back.
