Food's good for a chain, 3 star review because using coupons you actually pay more, and the delivery drivers don't pay attention to delivery instructions
We ordered delivery at 10:30pm and i waiting an hour only to find out they cancelled our order!! We called and called and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Dominos in Wallingford is horrible
This is for the Wallingford location.It's Domino's. Not a four-star, specialty pizza, cheese stretching from the piece you pick out of the box up to your ceiling type of place. National coupons are not always accepted. Make sure you go to the section on the app that has local coupons so you know the deals. They offer pick up ( pay when i side is an option) curbside,or delivery ( only pay when you order). Pretty basic. If you don't already know as far as the food quality and taste.... you get what you pay for. Example a two topping medium pizza for 5.99 doesn't have a ton of cheese. You pay for extra....(how much that includes I have no clue. Never did it). Not a lot of the actual toppings you pick and what you do pick is cut pretty small in size ( bacon, ckn,veg,) although the pepperoni is normal size. As every college kid will tell you. It hits the spot without breaking the bank.
I give them no stars but had to put one for google. The person who says he is the manager is horrible and does nothing to help the customer. I ordered a pizza from them and I live 5 miles away. Tracked the drivers location and he was at a motel in North Haven. Called and asked what was going on. The manager yelled at me saying he probably got lost it is my fault and my pizza will arrive when it arrives. Horrible place!!
I get delivery at least once a week. They never disappoint. As dominoes locations go this may be the most consistent. That is why I return every week.
If I could post a 0 star review I absolutely would. Deliver driver, Tayebur tried to physically fist fight me on THREE separate occasions. I have made the store manager aware several times and nothing is to be done. This is BULL.
Order online said 25min .. 11 min later a txt that driver on his way, after 45 min from the txt I called store to check and girl said she was going to call driver and call me right back . Another 20Min past abs no call back and no driver . So called store and cancelled I don’t want hour old food that been in a drivers car
When they brought the food it looked like it was thrown before it got here and I ordered a sprite and they gave me an orange Fanta
I always get my delivery in a timely manner, Thanks delivery people, And thank you pizza chef for making a quality pie
Terrible service. It closes at 12AM i tried to place an order at 10:30 PM online, it told me to call, I called and they put me on hold, now 11:28PM (still on hold) I just ended the call. This has happened multiple times, and almost every time I’ve actually got my order, it been wrong. Please go to a different dominoes. They obviously don’t care about costumer service
