Very funny… this place as mentioned in previous review, no Ingredients like corn and lettuce. They don’t give a headsup as well when making food as well.. will wait till last minute. It’s a rush place. Always this place seems having a problem in maintaining enough food for customer. I think management never check.. ignore this place.
I really like Chipotle. I’m a former line-chef & they’ve found a way to almost ‘fast food’ fresh food. That’s no small thing. You got a guy right there making guacamole all day long (‘guac’ is an insult). Keeping avocados from going brown is basically impossible, which is why Mexican restaurants often make it table-side & why Chipotle makes it non-stop.There’s an excellent choice of both proteins & salsas from mild to kickass, all fresh. The value is high. When you can blow $15 at McD’s without blinking an eye, for garbage, I get a full blown meal with a huge fully customizable bowl *with* extra guacamole AND chips & salsa for $15. The bowl alone is abt $12.Every location seems consistent in quality. I recommend ordering through their own app. It works well & lines at lunch & dinner can easily be 25 minutes long. The one minus is their tortillas. Rubbery & chewy. Strange they got everything right but the simple tortilla. You’ll like this place.
The food was great but the place was disgusting!!! The table’s were dirty! And the floor looked it was never mopped.. didn’t want to think how it liked in the kitchen …
Came due to high star rating. Mobile order placed for ASAP wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after given pick up time, and the store was almost completely empty. Portions given were skimpy on top of it all. Would not recommend
Always this location ran out of ingredients. They never know how to maintain stock. It’s really bad on manager part not to keep enough stock. I hope at least after seeing this review their team may improve.
The team was short staffed, so only able to take app orders, but the two of them were efficient and working very quickly to satisfy the clientele.Chipotle you should pay more to make sure you have enough employees to meet demand. We ordered on the app before we arrived, but a family of four walked in and left because they didn't have the app already. That's one $40 order lost in the 20 minutes we were there. Pay an extra $5/hr and avoid losing $100/hr in orders that walk out the door after selecting your establishment
Place is certainly really busy especially during evening hours but what really pushed me to write a review is the individual who served us.Maurice is the real MVP in there covering three positions at once while hustling like there isn't tomorrow. This man upholds the venue due to his charisma, vibe, care, and hard work.I haven't tasted the food yet but because of Maurice, I am giving this spot five stars.
This place has recently gone downhill. Staffing shortages, 30 minute wait times, barely give you any chicken.... this place is a joke. I'd prefer Hamden over this location.
Food is always great! Rated at a 1 because this is my 3rd visit and I swear every person who has taken my order seems to be having a bad day or something. Rude staff..
We love Chipotle! Great options for kids and adults, meat or vegetarian.
