Still one of my favs. Resturant was clean and staff was friendly. Chili's food always hits the spot.
Every time we ordered online something is always missing or messed up. Today 6/19/2022 I called the restaurant and placed an order, went to pick it up and went into the main entrance and the greeter was rude and said I needed to go to the other side that says to-go I said ok thanks and went to the other side. Customer service on that side was worse. One gentleman came up to me and asked for the name and how I was paying as I was paying with my card that gentleman walked away without saying a word so I stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to see if everything is ok or say thank you or anything then I came home and half of the food is missing the rice was tossed in the box like trash. Very unprofessional I don’t think I want to order from them again.
Extremely bad service. All the waiter were in the back laughing we waited for over a half hour just for someone to introduce themselves. And see the picture this drink has been empty for over 20 min and I couldn’t find a waiter. I finally saw a young lady named Emma who helped me. I asked for the drink and she came back in less then 1 min.
Ordered Togo last night and the food was brought out 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They only brought it out after we had to call them and ask if everything was alright with the order? Apparently that was a confusing question to the person on the phone as he couldn't even get a sentence out.Wouldn't be an issue if they were busy but the food was cold when we got it, so clearly they forgot about it because a lady was on her way to us before the guy on the phone even got back from putting us on hold. Which means it was just sitting there.. don't tell me to kick back and relax when you aren't even going to bring the food out.$50 for some cold food, awesome.I know, doing your job sometimes is tough...
We had 6 people in our group and they gave us a small table. When I asked for a larger table the manager had a nasty attitude about it. He brought us to a DIRTY table with Disgusting chairs that had some kind of sauce on 2 of them. The service was terrible as well. Forgetting orders and waiting forever for a second drink. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant.
I had a horrible experience with this restaurant Me and my girlfriend ordered through the app and once we got there the food was still not ready yet so I had no problem waiting 20 min the BiG PROBLEM was the food itself the burger I ordered was overcooked and burnt on the top of the patty and tasted likes it was sitting for hours as well as the fries being cold and the same thing went for my girlfriends quesadilla the meat was overcooked and was the size to feed a toddler not an adult it was horrible experience wouldn’t recommend going if you do want to be sick
Ordered curb side pickup order. Food was ready sooner than promised.Packed neatly except there wasn't any cutlery or napkins, so make sure you ask for disposal cutleries if you need it for your takeout order.Service was efficient. However, the food served was not warm/hot. Not complaining about it but just wished it was. The food was tasty and not too salty which we very much preferred. Portion was comparable to dine in orders.

Do not use this chilis. Every time we customize our order when we order to go they completely ignore the requests. If someone states no cheese why would you go out of your way to put cheese on it. If we pay for extra dipping give us at least what we paid for not NONE at all. It never fails to amaze me that the receipt will be highlighted like they looked at the order correctly but still be completely wrong.
I went alone with five kids, the server was very patient and attentive to our table. Got everyone's order right and drinks were always filled. They even sang Happy Birthday to one of the kids and brought dessert out with lots of spoons. Busy place, kept clean.
