The place is extremely kool nice guy ? I tried it not for me but i recommend that you try it if you never had a steamed cheese burger ? Give it a try ?
Any time I'm in Wallingford this is either my first or last stop... Sometimes BOTH! Excellent steamed cheeseburger but also a KILLER potato salad!
Just moved to CT and had never heard of a steamed cheeseburger. Absolutely delicious and the kids loved it too. If you havent gone yet and want a burger, skip all the fast food places, stop here and get a double. You will not be disappointed.
Burgers were big and juicy snd delicious and served on a nice roll. The potato salad was very good too. Wanted fries though...but great job
Chicken sandwich was not good by any standards. Double cheeseburger was good but very salty and very cheesy/greasy. Made me feel a bit sick after.
Amazing burgers, always freshly made by some of the friendliest people you'll meet.
Sandwiches are good. They are open very late. Wallingford memorabilia is all over the wall.Windows and floor was very dirty.

Wow! Make sure you go hungry because the double cheeseburger is like the size of your head! It was melty, deliciousness and I'd definitely go back! Plus they have alllll the old fashioned glass bottle sodas and a fun, home-like atmosphere. You won't be disappointed!
