Terrible location. Lies about hours, closed the dining room early, doesn’t care about what the mobile app tells people. Caused an hour delay on my road trip DONT GO HERE.
Two black guys working. One had a gold chain on like he didn’t even work at Wendy’s?? ? Waited 5+ mins didn’t even tell the lady in front of me to hold on causing her to drive off, so when I got up I said hello? No response. Hello? Yells at me “hold on bro” …both need to be fired for not even taking orders properly. Location was not busy either
I was one of 5 cars that had to pull over going thru drive-thru, waiting almost minutes 15 for my order. Lack of common courtesy from the staff. Probably the worst Wendy's location we have visited.
No egg on the breakfast sandwich??? Only 2 pieces of bacon on a Baconater breakfast sandwich. Advertised 6. Bacon is a common problem with wendys. It's looking like a method to make money by shorting the customer.
The food here used to be good quality. My most recent experience was horrible the chicken sandwich wasn’t even cooked completely.
Terrible customer service. Two workers inside tried to argue with me about picking my order up threw the drive thru even tho I had a confirmation that said come inside to the counter. They did not want to give me my order and would not give me a refund in person. They told me I needed to go outside in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order even thought I was inside the empty dining room. I ordered a sun burst melon with my meal and I was clearly handed regular lemonade but they continued to argue with me about giving me the right order. I also received cold fries. Both employees were unprofessional and I believe one was a manger. I will never be going back here.
Even though they were busy, they moved efficiently and drive thru order taker was friendly .
2nd nite in a row my order is messed up I called to speak with a manager and someone hung up on me. Not happy at all with the service at al.
Always friendly service and if somthing gets messed up they will fix at no charge. If u don't have an attitude they will go above and beyond to make a mistake right.
