Honestly I'm surprised. why I didn't still open?I got there and said hello and didn't do anything. No greeting and letting me know it will be right with me right with me.drove to the window and the lady yelled at me because I wasn't patient enough it enough and told me there are other people waiting for your food and I should drive back. Root service and they're really slow not because you're busy but because you're really slow.
The absolute WORST taco bell around. They advertise on their website that the dining room is open until 8pm however it is literally always closed. You can expect to wait forever at the drive through and then 9 out of 10 times they forget something in your order or it's just wrong. I literally went to the Manchester location and got faster service and my entire order was right and they were having issues with their order system. I don't understand how the Vernon location has gone to the state it's in but they need to fix it
Honestly don’t waste your time, take the few minutes and go to the next Taco Bell. The people that work here are mad disrespectful. I specifically asked for a nacho box which is an item on the menu, with extra cheese. The girl on the speaker even repeated back to me and then proceeded to give us a bag with a small bag of chips and one side of dip. We pull up again all the way around the drive through just to get told by a manager wearing a bonnet at work that they didn’t even have a nacho box. Which is not even true. Proceeds to tell us that we got charged for what we had and that we had to pay more money for more chips and dips because they didn’t have the nacho box. Next time I’ll go to a Taco Bell that actually knows what’s on their menu and actually willing to help a customer, like this is your job.
This taco bell will often closed for no discerning reason hours before specified time. Online ordering through grub hub or door dash is a joke and they will often be missing items or outright just send you someone elses. I've ordered around 5 times online and 4 out 5 of them I've had issues. This location seems understaffed and like a lot of the remaining staff truly don't care.
I asked for freshly cooked chalupas shells because when they sit out they get chewy. I was told they were "just cooked". Wrong. They were cold and chewy with the tops hard. The staff did not seem to care. I gave them the food back and they did not offer to cook fresh ones or refund my $12.00 for 2 hard food items that could not be eaten. How is this store still open?
If you plan to go through the drive through, just plan to be here for a bit because the line is always real long. Clean inside and everything so highly recommend either dining in or ordering ahead and picking up inside.
Ordered two taco 12 pack boxes and they threw it all in one bag. Most of the tacos were broken when we got them.
Could not go in for instore pickup !! Locked. Then had to wait in line for 20 minutes. They forgot my Daughter's cinnamon twists. We won't be returning.
The Taco Bell in Vernon has the worst drive-thru help I've ever seen. Order taker is slight, rude and not helpful. The food seems warmed over first and last time I'll ever be there
Owner needs to hire workers and maybe pay them too... Everytime I go to this location the dining room is closed and the only way to get your food is the drive thru even if you ordered ahead. I literally watch customers leave because of it. Do better.
