Stopped here on my way home at noon time on Mother’s Day and should have known better as there were NO Customers which is very unusual for a Subway … clerk started making my sub with wilted lettuce and scrimping and I asked for more ingredients and she said she can only give what her boss directs… not good, I left and did this out in the parking lot… still no customers SAD

Sandwich was great. Love the spicy Italian footlong, always have to get Italian herb and cheese, cookies were also great. Four stars because the fountain soda was flat sugar water and lemonade was like water, they just need to fix the calibration.

Was worried because there were no cars in the parking lot then I realized that no matter where you go Subway always give you consistent great service and staff there was super friendly and we're incredibly happy to see us they made my sandwiches with such a great smile and such Great taste thank you so much Subway and Hartford Connecticut

I ordered it the wrong way and had a sad kid and when I walked back in the two staff there Saturday night were super helpful and made it right for my kid. Appreciate the service!
