Workers are rude and don't do their jobs. Waited 20 minutes for food to be heated up.... not cooked, just heated up. While I was waiting at least 3 people back weren't doing anything and seemed up set when asked where my food was. Awful service do not recommend going to this Starbucks. You ate much better going elsewhere. Probably the worst experience I've ever had will not being to this location any more.
The employees are over all great and it's a very nice experience but this store specifically tends to run out of things extremely fast. And mess things up alot. One day I ordered a frappe and we didn't know until the drink was in our hand there was no whipped cream, we didn't even have the option to say we will go somewhere else because we already paid for it.
BOBBIE is one of the most rude employees. She messed up our drink and tried to convince my mom that it was the right one. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the mistake, she slammed the window in our face. It wasn’t until another employee came to see what was wrong that the issue started being resolved. Bobbie then came back to the window and apologized as if she were forced to do so. The service is usually really great here. This experience made me not want to come back to this location in the future.
They always make my coffee to perfection and are very friendly. The only issue is that sometimes you're spending 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru
I been coming to this location for over 2 years now and over the past months it has gotten so slow it’s ridiculous, i just spent almost an hour waiting on the drive thru. If you have nothing else to do with your day and have all the patience in the world then this is the place for you, otherwise I suggest trying other locations
Not a good experience at all. Made the mistake of not doing drive-thru and decided to walk in and order thinking it would be faster. I walked in this morning at 10:16am, ordered right away since there was no line at the register. Didn’t get my drink until 10:48am.Sadly, I wasn’t the only one. A couple in front of me and a woman who ordered right after me had the same experience. The staff there are working incredibly hard so I don’t want to knock their effort. Management here needs to think of a better system for prioritizing drink orders or at least improving communication with walk-in customers (like telling them before they pay that the wait time could be upwards of 20 mins+).
slowest starbucks in the world! drive thru line went around the building. so I went into lobby only to wait forever. completely unacceptable. Im going to Dunkin Donuts next time.
We sunk 45 min waiting on the drive through. After 20 min it was funny, at 30 we had already spent an obscene amount of time, what's a bit more? 45 min in..... We got to order. Seriously just go to a Dunkin or something else, this isn't worth it
The Starbucks is incredibly slow. Every time I come here it’s a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive through. I’ve been waiting for over a half an hour.
Starbucks are usually well run but I found this morning's crew especially friendly and efficient.
