A friend recommended this restaurant but it was very disappointing. I ordered beef w/ broccoli online and the beef was impossible to eat… had a lot of fat and seemed like wood. I also asked for fried rice in my order but they send white rice. Very disappointing.
They’re nice family people work here. If anyone new in Vernon city of Connecticut the Chinese restaurant will give you tasty food.
Only giving it a 1 because I can’t give it a 0. Delivery driver and making the food took over an hour i only live a mile away. Then i was chewing my food and this was left over in it. A piece of red plastic.

I enjoy having their good ol' Chinese every once in a great while. My favorite Chinese food is either the Sesame Chicken w/ fried rice or the Egg Foo Young. I love their egg rolls as well. If you want the Wonton soup, you can receive the dry crunchy noodles for free with that order. Peking House rules!

I’m starting to get to the point where I don’t trust CTs reviews. Everything that everyone says is great, literally tastes like cardboard. This fried rice was like… yellow rice almost like Puerto Rican rice? There was 0 flavor to the rice and lo mein and the orange chicken was not bad. The 2 stars are for the orange chicken. Everything else was.. not good
Just got take out from there tonight. Pork fried rice, egg rolls and coconut chicken. All very good food. I recommend this restaurant.
