Classic New England style pizza. Good cheese, they're not chintzy with the toppings. Easy pick-up, clean dine-in, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, friendly genuine staff. Owner operated.I've only had a couple dinners there but they were good.
Food is delicious, workers give fantastic service (especially the young girls). Unfortunately, manager (Dardan) has been proven to have MULTIPLE manipulative relations with minors ON HIS PAYROLL. But yeah, great place for a pie just don't let your daughters inside.
My first time being there. The portions were good, and the food really good. Looking forward to going again.
Their Boneless chicken tenders tossed in Buffalo sauce are my absolute favorite!! They never disappoint!!
Pros- Updated the interior of the restaurant to a more modern style. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is convenient on rt83.Cons- The Food. The time, effort, and funds for the restaurant renovation has seriously cut into the quality of the food. I don't know if maybe they got some new cooks? But the food has become bland flavorless and down right bad. They seem to be cutting corners to save or worse... they think It Is great quality.Either way I am disappointed because Pauls WAS my go to. Not anymore.
This place went down hill . Not sure if they have a new cook or they are just cutting corners so badly . But it is effecting the quality of the food . Never have ever eaten a pasta dinner some out enough sauce on the paste and tasting so bland . Never going back
The customer service is great! They're super nice, collected, and happy. But the food was not it. I ordered buffalo wings... they were extremely dry and there was NO sauce ontop. It was so hard to eat without adding your own hot sauce from home or dipping sauce. I also ordered the crispy buffalo chicken wrap... again, super dry, not very good, kind of just bleh. It made me feel gross afterwards. The side salad was the only thing I actually ended up eating. Also, they forgot to give me a side of ranch, which I am not mad about at all because its just human error, which is totally fine. In all honesty, it wasn't busy so the quality of food should have been better, but it was disappointing.
We adore Paul's Pizza. One of the only places around we know that doesn't use any pork. Thank you Paul's!!!
Time I visit my mom here in Vernon Connecticut I always make sure to get the house pizza more than once... It has some of the best pizza in the US in my opinion... Try their wing dings with no sauce and get there specialty pizza because their crust is amazing and the services excellent thank you Paul's Pizza for being here for so many years
