Updating review due to management attempting to reach out and discuss incident. Will try and get back in contact with them.If you aren't an UberEATS driver, espect GARBAGE service after 9pm. Even ordering via the McDonald's app results in you being pushed to the 'waiting' space. What's the point in ordering ahead of time if the 1/3 employees is cleaning and the other 2/3 admit to prepping UberEATS orders. S*** all over folks that try to grab some FAST-food. Their app is just there to collect your info, it provides zero functionality as far as expediting your order. Going to burger king from now on, where the app order number gets you recognition at the drive thru window.
I was driving back on Easter Sunday from a road trip and stopped here to use a free meal gift card. The drive through line was long probably because they were understaffed on a holiday but the food was worth the wait. The fries were the best I've ever had at any McDonald's, hot, properly salted and delicious! The staff was also friendly. I hope they will continue to deliver top service and food, thanks guys!
MENU HACK #4 The Big Mac sucks. too much bread and 2 small cold pink slime patties. liven it up! Order a double quarter pounder with cheese minus Slivered onions, ketchup, and mustard, add lettuce, Dehydrated onion, and sauce. If not too loud or busy tell the sandwich maker to just make a big mac with quarter meat instead of 1/10 meat. they feel ya!(McD's should just sell a Big Mac with quarter meat and be done with it)See my profile for other menu hacks. I am doing this since McDonalds has a promotion where they are pushing over - priced awful tasting "hacks" some gen zer came up with.
Asked for a McChicken with tomatoes received a McChicken with bacon however the slip was typed correctly. -_- ..I also waited 7 mins at DT
Completely messed up order and gave our food to different costumer and then had to remake ours took close to half an hour to get our meal
After messing up our order after going through the drive thru I went inside staff was rude about 6 members seen me standing there not one asked if I needed help after a few minutes a lady came to the register asking what I would like to order I told her I just came from the drive thru and my order wasn't complete and told her what was missing she gave me a attitude and threw a few sauces in a bag I ased you only give 2 sauces for 20 nuggets? She said no but since you want ketchup it counts towards your sauces I was confused because we also got 2 large and a medium fri she had a attitude and put 2 more sauces in the bag and handed me a cup I asked what the cup was for she said to fix your order I said it wasn't the drinks that was messed up it was large fries she said well your gonna have to give me a minute and started taking more orders the next lady asked if she gets a number for a table because they are dining in the cashier said no I put it as a to go order because you didn't say you was dining in so listen for your number to be called on the receipt mind you she didnt ask if the order was for here or to go either she was so rude I will never go there again when I go to Connecticut to visit family
They tried to park me for a slice of cheese because the forgot to put it on my sandwich and I refused to park for a SLICE of cheese they could easily hand to me in a box and cause an attitude when I suggested that. Morning crew.
Been there many times always friendly and much faster than the other vernon mcds. But today, I was handed two coffee's in two carriers stuck together which was nice because the carrier is flimsy, but S I went to put it down the lids on coffee popped off, and hot coffee went on my hand and then both to the passenger side floor mat and seat. All mcds need new lids, this wasn't the first time lids popped off.
Very deficient service. I ordered by servi-car , they ask me to park just for 2 Mcchicken and a medium soda. After they just bring me the 2 Mc chicken but no the soda. So I had to go out of my car and look for my soda myself. Horrible service.
This is one of the few McDonald's that has always good service.
