KFC is always good if your looking for a fast meal tasty
After driving 40 minutes home from the drive through I got home and nearly half the order was missing. Similar reviews go back for months and the phone is left off the hook to give the illusion that they are busy, someone needs to get in their and figure out what the problem is
Absolutely the worst servers in the Drive-Thru industry. The food is inconsistent, they forget to put a lot of your order in the bag. I've been going there quite often, today was the last straw. There's got to be something better out there.
The Vernon location is the only one I like. The one in Manchester on west middle turnpike is poorly managed and constantly messes up orders and Vernon goes above and beyond and takes the time to make sure things are right first time.
Horrible customer service. They’re just experiencing a power outage that day. And when I arrived, the staff there are reluctant to help me and didn’t answer where is my order. So I didn’t get my order. I thought I would have my refund automatically since they didn’t made it. But, after one week, there is nothing. I have to contact them to try to get my money back.
Third time in a row that the order has not been packed with everything I ordered. Staff was not engaged with customers. Fokd was hot and ok.
Every time I think it may have gotten better they prove I was stupid to even consider. Tonight they left the chicken out of the order. Drove 20 minutes home to discover. When returning, not even an apology just handed the bag out the window for my husband to take..
so i went through the drive through and they were closed an hour early. When i went up to the drive through all i got was "goodnight we are closed" which was 10pm and their website says 11pm. I called the store for the managers name because when I called the first time I got yelled at and hung up on for not knowing they were closed an hour early today. Then when i kept calling back for the managers name they kept hanging up on me. So unless you want horrible customer service i wouldnt go here
The best chicken sandwiches out of all the fast food restaurants. The service here was also excellent.
I have to say the chicken sandwich is very good. The serve time was fast. I would recommend this KFC.
