I keep tormenting myself by going there often because they're close by and I like the coffee. But they mess up my order about 40% of the time. They're always pleasant but often incompetent. Usually talking to each other when they take your order and then they make it like they want to. But always nice as they mess up your order. But I'm the eternal optimist and keep going back. Why???
I asked for my sugar and cream on the side because they have been destroying my coffee order. THIS is what i got. Unacceptable
Usually my experience here is amazing, however, tonight it was a little different. I am pretty sure I witnessed an employee just walk out on their shift. They had face tattoos and they were holding a cup but literally in the middle of the long line just walked out. I was shocked and felt so bad for the two working, they were so overwhelmed, I hope their night gets better and I hope they hire people who can actually stay the entirety of their shifts.
The employees here are great but manager does not know how to run them to make it more productive. Lines inside lines in the drive thru, and there can be 10 employees inside.
One of my most frequently visited Dunkin's. They've only made a few mistakes with our order and most of the employees are very friendly and pleasant.
This is one of my go to Dunkins! They are quick and get my order right every time!
Ordered a large cold brew black less ice, a dozen assorted donuts with a couple being old fashioned, and a bacon egg and cheese wrap.I got no straw, uncooked bacon that soaked through the entire wrap, two dozen munchkins to which was an oops sorry I just got here and then given a dozen assorted without any old fashioned. I threw out the wrap and I can't eat any of the donuts because of the sugar. At least I had a spare straw at my desk at work so I could get caffeine.
