My sprinkled strawberry donut arrived to me sprinkle-less. ‘Twas a sad day at the Dunkin indeed.
Absolutely deplorable!!!! I came in this morning with my little sister who is autistic. I finally got her to work up the courage to order and pay this morning. An employee by the name of KIM took her order and the whole time she was rude, condescending, and argumentative. She displayed obvious annoyance with the order and constantly questioned and tried correcting my sister. I stood back the whole time biting my tongue and let my sister finish her job which she did great and thankfully didn’t know what was happening. I took her home then came back to order the missing items that apparently KIM knew better than us regarding what we wanted.I will no longer go there, honestly is she is one of the faces of your store to the public you are going to need a very large mask!
Went today and angelina microwaved my wake up wraps at 2:36 am get it toghether ita not even busy i dont want to cook..
I came here and got my order took cashier Shania was very rude she kept asking me was that all I wanted then I asked her for crispy hash brows she never told anyone I asked her did she hear me she was very rude about that! I probably won’t be coming back to this location I hate rude people
Over the course of the past two months, I have noticed suspicious behavior occurring at this particular Dunkin' location. Below I have outlined what occurred:1) Gift CardsI currently work at a company with over 50 employees and we will purchase Dunkin' gift cards from this location as gifts to staff members. On TWO occasions, we have purchased gift cards and money has not been loaded onto the cards and we were told a recipe could not be printed. In total, this is $60 of gift cards never loaded. Unfortunately, we have been unable to prove to them that we purchased the gift cards from that store in order to get a refund due to no recipe.2) "Discontinued product"On multiple occasions, this location will state a product has been discontinued and they are unable to make it. This includes the "Chi", "refreshers" and "bubbles". It is understood that these items do get discontinued as the seasons change and with shortages, however at the time of these statements, I went to another location at 83 Talcottville Rd Vernon Rockville Ct 06066 or 30 Lafayette Sq. Vernon Ct 06066, ( both amazing stores with amazing workers who are very friendly and kind) and they had the item in stock and stated the item was not discontinued.3) Incorrect orders/ DeliveriesWhen ordering delivery from this store to our company (about 5 doors down), the orders are consistently incorrect and missing items. This includes missing food items (delivery 3rd party stating there was no other items at the store) items made with allergy ingredients specifically stated not to add.
This place has a tendency for forget items. Out of the 6 times I have ordered here, they forgotten the donuts 4 times. This morning, I only got half of what I ordered. Will probably just switch to the one on Talcottville Road or the one by the high school. Food is normally good, only once did I managed to get a strangely warm but on the cooler side, hot chocolate. Threw that away instantly.
Look at this delicious thick black hair that was in the bottom of my cream cheese container today. Stuff from other bagels from the knife used the cream cheese, also can’t get the sour taste out of my mouth. If you don’t have the prepackaged cream cheese, let people know so we can avoid this.
9/25 went thru the drive thru whole order was wrong except for the coffees. Got to Manchester before tje bag was opened up. Called 4 times to relay the order was wrong and was hung up on every time before I could even say anything.
Third time in a row our coffee was just awful, my wife took two sips and threw hers out. To make it even better the manager was screaming at the employees the entire time we where in line.
Not happy with this Dunkin’ Donuts went there this morning, I ordered a medium pumpkin spice ice coffee and I got a medium regular with no sugar or cream, then she goes sorry they lost the sticker when the sticker was on the cup, then I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and I get an attitude from the lady working there! Plus there was flies all over their food! I was very disgusted and disappointed with the customer service! I won’t go back
