The food is always good but for the second time, the Mediterranean bowl I ordered for take out was a fajita bowl. Guess I’ll have to go Panera for it now on.
Love 99 restaurant never had a bad experience until I went to the Vernon location. Samantha the greeter was not welcoming at all, she stuffed us in a back booth next to a vacuum when there was plenty of other booths. Toni the waitress pretty much threw my nephew's plate at him. To make it more degrading, another waitress decided to vacuum the area my nephew and I sat at, not to mention that was the only section she vacuumed. I would never return. Trust me I hate to say it's a race thing bit trust me that night was. I would not wish that experience on anyone. I choose my battles and trust me this was a horrible experience.
I get the 12 oz sirloin about once a week. Excellent piece of meat. The whole process is pretty seamless. No complaints from me, 99 is great!
I miss the lunch specials. Was hoping to get sirloin tips, but I guess those $9.99 days are gone. My hamburger was very good though.
Service was great food not so good. Fish&chips and steak tips have gone down hill.
It was OK i guess, I lost my sense of taste from Covid in Dec. My husband tasted my mac and cheese with short ribs and said it was good. He got the smothered beef tips ask for medium rare and they came raw. Sent them back and the tossed them in the microwave to cook them some more.
We were sat down, and waited 20 minutes. No one came to ask for drinks, and no one came to tell us a server would be with us. Instead, the waitstaff decided to continue cleaning tables that were already wiped down to seat non existent customers and not assist the ones who were in the restaurant waiting. Not only that but the waitstaff could see that we were waiting and still decided to do side work. Terrible service, will not be returning.
Not sure if names Ashley in there as a Server. But she had previously been at another restaurant job and was fired on spot as Manager as well. Due to many immature childish behavior reasons. Won’t recommend accepting people like her around any business or near me period. Make a change, don’t be too late. Thank you.

We enjoyed our lunch here. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. We had a booth with a window.Free popcorn while we looked at the menu was delicious.The Vermont Cheddar burger, fries and coleslaw were very good.Our waitress was friendly and efficient.
