This location and staff is absolute trash. I love Wendy's...but going here is a nightmare every time. Fast food has become slow food. Always cold and hard burgers/fries/nuggets. Staff is utterly useless. God forbid you customize an order in the app its like they don't know how to read basic things. They get mad if you ask for no ice, forget to take off ingredients that people are allergic to, frosty's have been liquid multiple times. Stay away from here.
If I could give no stars I literally would. This place is trash! I went here on 05/26 at 830 at night just trying to get a 4 for 4 and instead I got a $5 dollar biggie bag with a completely different sandwich and was not at all made aware until I already paid for it and was handed the bag. When the manager came over he rudely argued with me and said “ well we don’t have the 4 for 4 anymore instead of apologizing for the error and fixing it. I was so annoyed and so hungry that I asked for my money back and went else where. I have been going to this Wendy’s for literally YEARS and never had a bad experience until tonight. Staff was rude, manager was rude and I waited forever. Definitely won’t be going back here
Yea it's it's little more expensive than the other typical fast restaurants but you cant go wrong with Wendys. I do like this Wendy's on top of the hill and they always have friendly staff especially at night, I always love the weekend night crew there always full of energy and always get my food right. Keep up the good work everybody and shout out to the managers to.
Service with a smile! After a long day seeing patients, I was glad to have stopped by to get a little energy for the drive home. The manager needs to know that whoever was working the night shift on 3-16-2022 at this location, let me just say they were amazing! From the moment I placed my order at the drive-thru, to the gentleman at the first window, and the two young ladies who handed me my food and drink at the second window, I was in awe! My food was ?ON POINT, my order was correct with all the right items requested, and service was a delight! ? I almost drove back around for a frosty! Lol ? THANK YOU and Keep up the great work!!
9 O'clock on Friday....2 people inside, 1 car ahead of me, 1 car behind me...not exactly a rush...after being told they had no baked potatoes (signature item...and bags and bags and bags of potatoes available at both Stop & Shop and Market 32), & waiting 12-15 minutes to get my order of a single bacon/cheese & small fry, I got home to my house literally 1 mile away, to find stone cold fries, and a stone-cold burger, so chilled I could pick off the slice of cheese intact....and a burger so rubbery & over-microwaved already, it was beyond all hope of salvation.It takes a special level of apathy to achieve that level of incompetence. Worst $9+ I've ever spent...I literally threw it all out after one bite.But, YAY! The staff was friendly...smh
I purchased a 4 for $4.44, I chose the JR. Bacon Cheeseburger along with the nuggets, fries and drink... I even chose to upgrade to a large! I rarely do this, because quite frankly... The fries tend to be BLAH... However!! Despite it being pretty late at night, the fries tasted so fresh!! My burger, ??? OMG! It was fresh too! The lettuce and tomato on it, perfection. I've never had such a delicious burger from a fast food place! The fries, I always love Wendy's fries, but they're so much better FRESH! If you can make it to this location, do it! Avoid the one on Thomaston Ave, make the drive here!!
Very friendly woman at drive-thru speaker. Fries where so salty we threw them away, my wife got a bunless burger but they didn't give her a fork or knife. My home style Chicken sandwich was cold and chicken was so overdone, one end was hard ! Wendy's is usually good. Thos visit was a 3 out of 10 ??
They do good job. Only complaint is in constancy with extraSauces. One extra nice. Next day enuff extra for. 4. Sandwiches I ordered 1. .depending on the day of week.allways friendly people.
My husband 75 year old veteran never been before so that was part of his Christmas gift he enjoyed people were nice place clean..please don't take wendy's away. Will always be a special place for us !! Thank you
Wendy's here in Torrington is the best. They do have the best french fries ? and the people that work there are super nice. The line in the drive thru is always smooth and moving along. Never waited more than a few minutes to get my food. They are great!!❤️
