I have enjoyed my experiences here. Most recently I dropped by for a late dinner on a Sunday. It was empty and an employee was on their way out, presumably clocking out. My order was taken and quickly prepared and the service was great. As I walked out with my food, I noticed the counter worker locked the door and start shutting off lights. It wasn't until then that I realized that they must have closed at 10, which is around when I arrived. I left with dinner around 10:10 when they could have just let me know they were closing down and sent me on my way, but instead decided to serve me anyways without a complaint or a snide remark or anything of the sort. Gotta respect that, especially after late work nights when not much is open.

I was at wayback burgers in Torrington today.Spent 25.00 for a frozen patty on my cheezy burger and had a bowl of chili where there was almost no meat in it and they charged 7.99 for ,the drake on the poster looked delicious but when it came to the table all I could taste was vanilla. It was suppose to be peach. Was not impressed

I recommend going elsewhere for burgers. I ordered the Classic Burger, but they only put 1 patty on it instead of two. There's not even a burger on their menu that has only 1 patty, so I don't understand the confusion. It was delivered through Uber Eats so it's not like I could just walk up to the counter and have them re-make it. What a ripoff.

Awesome food! Had the Double Bacon Burger and the Oreo Mint shake with cheesy bacon fries. Did not disappoint!

Ordered here on New Years day, Terrible experience. Ordered an oreo shake and it tasted like they just put oreos in water and served. Milkshake was not creamy at all was very gross. They forgot my order of fries so I walked up and mentioned and then had to wait 20 mins because they forgot them again. Lady who worked there insisted she gave me my fry and thought I was lying about it. Also the food was cold and the nachos tasted like a run down gas station would serve them. Chips were burnt, fries were very bland, bacon for the burger was severely undercooked almost tasted raw, thought I heard a pig oink when I bit into it. Would not recommend this place if I could rate negative stars I would. Your better of going to 5 guys or even driving 40 mins to shake shack.

Good food may need some spicing up with seasoning the meat a bit. Expensive for burger and fries meal it was 35 dollars for two burger and fries and a milkshake and a soda

I just got a to go order and they forgot an order of fries. My double bacon cheeseburger also did not have any bacon. Food was ok but not worth the price especially when you don’t receive what you paid for.

Food good but a little pricey

I love these burgers!!! Choice of 4 cheeses, lots of toppings to choose from. Above all, the beef is fresh and not brined. Good roll. Fries are nice size, have some skin on some edges like hand-cut, not greasy. I was tempted by the milkshakes, but my tummy gets too full, so I went with water. Paul had a lemonade, that is served over lemonade ice cubes, so no ice dilution!! Great idea.

Loved the guacamole burger and cheese fries.
