First of all, when we arrived, the restaurant was empty. We still had slow service; our waitress was not attentive at all. Second, the food was sub par at best. My fra diavlo was bland and not spicy whatsoever. Lastly, they tried to over charge us. We noticed the charges on the bill were higher than the prices on the menu. The waitress responded, “My boss told me to charge the new prices, we haven’t updated the menus yet.” We had not been informed of this. The manager then refused to speak with us, but allowed her to fix the pricing. I am extremely disappointed with our experience here & will not be going back.
I was trying to surprise my husband with an anniversary pizza party. Although this whim was very late one night Vinny's Pizza came through. The lovely gentleman on the phone was gracious and kindhearted enough to say," No problem." A sweet young man delivered the two pizzas under thirty minutes and they were the best pepperoni pizzas we have had in a very long time. We love ❤️ you Vinny's.
We are impressed with the quick delivery and the food was hot! However when we ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Grinder we thought it would come with Peppers and Onions, at least that's a traditional P&C in my mind. They didn't even ask what we wanted on it when we ordered. Then again thought it would come with peppers & Onions. Also the grinder was EXTREMELY salty.We also ordered the wings which were pretty good.
Vinnys used to be our go to pizza place. The last two times we ordered the pizza was delivered with the cheese all slid off to one side and no fully melted. It was horrible and not edible at all. Makes me sad. Used to be so good.
Service was excellent, but it had to be the worst pizza we ever had in town. Salad was good, but you can't beat the Berkshire pizza. Nice place, but won't go back.
Pizza is great, but if you order delivery and pay with a card, don't tip cash, because they'll still add %15 to your card, even after you tell them your tipping cash on the phone.
I love Vinny’s Pizza. Thought pepperoni is my all time favorite, I’ve tried their other pizzas and they are all delicious. Their Greek salad is another one of my favorite. Their delivery service is immaculate.
Ordered veal parm grinder. The roll was very good, soft, but the veal was blah and didn't fill the roll - disappointing. Others I was with enjoyed their meals.
First things first, I have heard very bad things about the owners and how they treat their employees. I saw it first hand the other day when I came in to pick up my salad. The girl who took my order was very rude on the phone and I could hear many conversations going on in the back. This is not the first time. We decided to try dining in the other day, the waitress was by herself and was on her phone and super slow service, saw her name started with a J when she gave us our check and then another girl came in to help and did a much better job. They really need a better customer service department, I am never coming back here AGAIN!!! Bachi's is better.
Very good pizza and quick service, I sometimes pick one up after work and rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes.
