Good food but not the best managerial services. I ordered through DoorDash: strawberry banana crepes. It came up as simply “fruit” for $10.60 on my bill. I could tell it wasn’t going to come out right because of this and indeed, I received a cup of fruit instead of my crepes. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, I called the restaurant to explain the mishap. The apparent manager who I was speaking to was very rude to me and insisted that she did not charge me for crepes but for a fruit salad, even though at the end of the day I still paid $10. I’m somewhat aware that this restaurant operates on an older machine where the dasher makes the order based off of the receipt, and after speaking to my dasher I did get a refund on my order (in no way did I blame the dasher, it was the fault of the system). However I am disappointed in the way that this manager handled the situation. I wanted my crepes lol not an attitude about the check, I’m well aware of what I paid for.
I used to go to this place like 10 years ago roughly, it was really good back then so I decided to try it with my husband for dinner last night! My husband and I started out with French Fries covered in Cheddar Cheese along with a Steak Quesadilla. Both of which were delicious!! For our dinners, we each chose to go the breakfast for dinner route!! He got an omlet with peppers, onions and bacon in it, I chose a French Toast meal that came with sausage, bacon and eggs.Everything was so yummy! We finished everything and then proceeded to get two cannoli's to go!I do have to say ONE little thing, the bacon wasn't as good as I had hoped. I don't know if it's the brand that they use or what, but I do wish the bacon taste better. All in all, we loved the location and the staff was so kind and sweet! Can't wait to return!
If you are paying by card. Keep an eye on the total. They added .04 onto the total with out saying anything. And no sign anywhere stating they are doing it. Think about that if they do that to everyone that goes there over time it adds up. Couple be $100+ a day. ( credit card fraud)
Old school diner, they even have the jukeboxes on the tables still, coin operated so bring quarters. Great service, friendly and fast with no attitude if you request something extra.Food was great, cheeseburger was my selection from a menu that was extensive, with fries that were excellent. Recommend this place highly.
For a diner at the end of a highway this place is surprisingly good. Lots of generic food but the specials menu is where these guys set themselves apart.Place is family owned and we're always greeted as such which is very appealing.
Great family owned and operated resturaunt. Friendly wait staff, and classic American diner cusine. Its conveniently located one minute off route 8, and is open pretty much anytime you are hungry.
I love going to a Greek dinner always when I come home to visit and this dinner was very impressive, clean and great food and desert! Never a disappointment!
Feels like you're going back in time. Dated but homey atmosphere. Good food and the Hostess is amazing!
No more fresh beef burgers. All you get now are processed burgers that I couldn’t be sure were even beef. Tasteless and horrible texture. I understand you may be hurting because of covid but you keep turning out food like this you’re going to end up going out of business.
Good place for most anything! The wait staff is excellent and always friendly. I go every Sunday after church. Typical diner menu. Great BLTs, Corned Beef Rubens and eggs. My only complaint.... Dry pancakes, so I don't order them.
