Awful people and horrible cooks. Tried. A few times thinking maybe they just messed up once. No they mess up multiple times and Very rude. They forget things or add meat to vegan orders
Very nice little, hole in the wall, local breakfast/lunch place. I have been here a few times with my wife and breakfast has always been very good. Portions are large and very well prepared, service is quick and friendly. It can get very busy and there can be a wait at certain times but very much worth a small wait if necessary
Visiting from out of town is always difficult....this place has a great breakfast and friendly staff...try to eat here every visit to town
We ordered breakfast delivery from Rick's. It was our first time eating here and our eggs Benedict arrived pipping hot and absolutely delicious. We will be ordering again soon!
Small little restaurant but the food is good and the prices are very reasonable, the waitress was also very curteous and friendly.
Best Diner in Torrington.I have tried other dinners in town but Rick’s Nutmeg has the best food so far. Fresh breakfast ingredients and friendly staff.
Decent number of menu options at good prices. My friend enjoyed Eggs Benedict while I got a generously sized grilled chicken grinder with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Chicken was juicy and nicely seasoned. I opted for no mayo, and asked for a little olive oil instead. It was delicious. It's a small place with only one server so things took a little extra time, but that's okay. Definitely a place I would try again.
