Served brown rotting lettuce. Like obvious rot right on top and not just a spot of it. My husband brought up a piece to show instead of the whole thing since it was gross. They offered to replace the lettuce but it was wrapped around a burger... rest of the family's food was fine. When my husband brought food to the table he was told the employees had been careful of mine in not touching bread. Employees working the line were just being disrespectful.
We stopped in for take out.The service was great, and the employees were very friendly.The burgers were excellent. And I'd definitely come back for more.The practice all of the required Covid precautions.

This has got to be one of the best diners ice dealt with. One time they got an order wrong for delivery. I called and discussed it, and they told me to come to the store whenever. I arrived the very next day, and they took care of more amazingly. Give Kirk, Exodus, and Deb a hand for their work ethic and commitment to ratifying the customers. Whatever they earn, double it!!
Love being able to build my burger! Fries are great and peanuts are a treat. Topped with a shake! Great meal ?
They have an obsession with the fries, I go there to pick up and they wait until I get there to Start the fries. Very good food way better than the fast food places
Expensive but excellent burgers and the best fries.Definitely try the Cajun spice with the fries.Hot dog is not worth the price.
Went to grab a bite to eat last night at 6:15pm. Pulled into the parking lot to find that the Restaurant was closed with no signage explains why they were closed. Not a good look. Would like to at least see things updated for potential guests.
They’re just not open. I would rate it higher if it was ever open. It’s just literally not open when it says it would be open. Even within holiday hours, which are posted on the door, it’s still not open. I tried to come another day, too, and it wasn’t open. Does anyone work here?
Ordered food for delivery through Torrington five guys, they had a delivery service deliver it. They forgot food, we called five guys and they blamed the delivery service and basically told me to [email protected]&$ off. Service was terrible. Not getting food there again.
