I usually stop in the morning before work usually pretty quick donuts are fresh and the coffee is spot on

The employee who gave me my coffee at 10:20am on 12/31/2021 was not wearing a mask. Very dangerous and unhealthy store. Avoid.
I work on some weekends and one night during the week. The staff on the Winsted Rd., Torrington are by far the best.

This is one of my go to Dunkins. They always get my order right. Usually staff is cheerful and polite, however, it is hit or miss and I can always tell when the employee either loves their job, or dislikes it (that is everywhere though). In the end, I can complain, I'm not there for anything else besides my coffee. I tip regardless and hopefully that helps out because I know they aren't getting paid as much as they should be.
Fast friendly service. Our Hot coco was watery. Kids still drank it tho.
