So this is normally a very good Dunkin but lately, especially when the younger staff is working, they have been messing up orders badly. One time I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese along with my order, I get home and my bagel has NO cream cheese on it. Recently in the last week I ordered 2 hot coffees with 4 Splenda each, so I get my 2 coffees but one has no sweetener in it and the other is so sweet it's undrinkable, my only guess is they put 8 sweeteners in 1 coffee, and this mostly happens when the younger staff are messing around in the shop. It's sad cause I really like the shop, it's close and on my way to work but lately I have taken to driving out of my way to get my order from a different Dunkin. It's out of the way but at least they will pay attention and get my order right.
The brown patch on the left slice is/once was American cheese... How could you even expedite something like this? Whoever made this clearly knew they burnt the cheese beyond recognition before packaging it and handing it to me.. I also asked for extra cheese, not sure where that went? Maybe it got burnt beyond what the American cheese did and turned into dust on it's way out of the oven lol? And of course I left a tip thinking I would be able to eat when I got home lol.
I always have a great experience at this location the staff was very friendly and pleasant especially this last visit on a cold November afternoon, you have gained and shall retain a loyal costumer.
They messed up one of three orders, the second tasted like horrible, and the third had coffee all over the top and cup.

Usually good but this was a drive through only.... so I did not buy anything..., “Walking” day.....
I was just at this dunkin donuts asked for a frozen dunkaccino and was advised they do not make them and come to find out that is not ture the person just did not want to make it. I will not be doing business here any longer and will go to the Dunkin Donuts at the Apple House going forward!
We asked if they made frozen Dunkucheno and they said nope we don’t and the one down the road at the gas station makes them all the time for us. They said they are just being plain old lazy Becuase it’s the same thing as a hot Dunkuchii

You just have to find the right one cuz most of them won't make your coffee right even if you order it a special way you have to be pacific and have a certain Dunkin Donuts keep that one Dunkin Donuts that you go to so that the people are familiar with you
