Extremely Clean,Under staffed well managed. I’m happy with service given. Wonderful meals too. Brown rice pinto beans mild salsa greens chicken cheese recommended.
Chipotle makes very good food, always fresh, cheap for the amount you get, and fast but not "fastfood". The customer service was excellent, catering to both the drive thru and dine-in customers perfectly and they were all very generous and helpful. Next time im in the area i will be back.
There were two customers in the restaurant... a teenager and me. There was one (teen) guy serving/dishing the food. The teen in front of me orders two dishes. Another (teen) comes from the back and helps prepare the food too. The two teens prepping food were so invested in trying not to get caught stealing food for the guy in line(seemed like their friend) that they totally neglected the customer service. At this point, a line was forming behind me. I waited in line 10-15 minutes to order as they plotted and schemed on food theft. How do I know they were stealing? They were speaking loud enough for me to hear and understand what they were doing and BOTH workers took care of this "customers order". In that 10 -15 minutes I saw 5 workers and they were all male. Other things I noticed was one teen preparing food took out his phone with a gloved hand that was/is touching all over food. Teen mashed brownish guacamole to try to make it appear fresh. I go to Chipotle A LOT and I've never seen brownish guacamole waiting to be served. I will NEVER come back to this Chipotle again. They need better hires, better training, and better management.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there they short change me. Every time. Not a way to run a business at all, also been charged inconsistent amounts for the food. I love Chipotle, this one sucks dont go to it.
If I literally could rate them under a one and give them a zero I would the fact that you have multiple staff standing there staring at you not acknowledging customer presence and then talking to each other when you have people waiting to order food and then proceed to have an attitude when we want to order a food is completely unacceptable when you work in the customer service industry. We decided to try out this restaurant for the first time, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it. We ordered online. Although we put that we wanted a sauce/dip with the chips, it didn’t come with any. We also asked for sour cream for our main food and didn’t get any. I personally feel that the amount of food is not worth the price as well. They also packed our hot food with our cold drinks. Food came fast, but because of these issues I just wouldn’t recommend them.
We got the bowls and they were delicous. The guacamole tasted fresh and worth the up charge. But overall, they're a little pricey for what it is.
Honestly this was the worst food I have ever tried to eat. The chips were so salty even my husband who loves salt couldn’t eat them. The salsa was so spicy you could not eat it, the meat was completely burnt and just had a bad taste. We had to throw it all away because you could not eat it! Beware! You’d be less traumatized if you just flushed your money down the toilet!!
Yeah I gotta echo what all the other reviews here, by far and away the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've eaten here at least 6 times, all pretty terrible experiences. One which included meat in burrito (vegan) and brown watery guac. Yuck...
WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE BEEN TO. I’ve been here over 6 times now and have been disappointed every time. The food is not fresh, the staff is extremely slow and some of them are obviously baked, they close at random times, I’ve waited over 30 mins in the drive through line twice, and they are out of ingredients during peak hours. Will not be wasting my money here again.
