1st the impossible whopper doesn't taste any where near as good as it did it literally taste weird nothing as good as it did when they first started making it to tell truth it doesn't taste like a whopper. They are always getting orders wrong last time went there I ordered mozzarella sticks for my grandsons instead they gave the "spicy" chicken nuggets. Burger King has gotten worse than McDonald's. They they both want to be paid $15 an hr to mess up your orders and change recipes without customers knowing it. I don't go to either place anymore.
I went through drive thru and the service was amazing. Usually you feel rushed and may forget something you wanted to order but they took their time no rush read back my order and everything was hot and correct.
It's fast food you know what you are getting. Service was good and fast in the drive thru. They did not have my drink flavor because they were out, not that big of a deal.
Decided against my own better judgment to give this place a chance. Good God everything about the experiance was terrible. Long wait times and bad service. Both of which I would have no problem with if the food was good. Instead, the food was inedible, and I got the totally wrong order. I tried to contact the restaurant and was not able to get ahold of anyone to let them know. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a drink. What I got was a whopper, a jr whopper, 3 chicken sandwiches, fries, and jalapeño poppers. I didn't even realize the mistake until I got home so I choked the food down but dear God am I regetting it now. My stomach is a quagmire of acid and pain. I only had two bites of a chicken sandwich and a few bites of the Jr whopper but that was enough to totally sign off from eating at burger King again for the rest of my life.
I don't know if it's lack of motivation, disappointment with their jobs, or what? But, they always make me feel like a burden or unwelcomed every time I go there. The kids that serve the food don't say anything, they don't respond to compliments or thank you's. They literally look at you like you are a jerk for going there. I just can't fathom how that is ok? I just want delicious food lol. I'm not coming there and giving Burger King my money to burden anyone. I just want to eat and get decent service. That's all.
Food was cold. Employees do not listen and don't reply correctly when you place an order. I always ask for a salt packet and I never get it. On occasion I don't get a napkin either.
Horrible to use the drive thru, extremely tight squeeze even for a smaller sedan. Couldn't go inside either, doors were locked in the middle of the day on a weekend.
Used to be decent prior to the ‘Rona. Now it is closed for dining inside, but somehow safe for drive-through. Burger King’s app neglects to notify you that the place is locked for pick up. Now you get to balance your greasy meal on your lap in the parking lot and spill a milkshake onto your upholstery.
they just locked the doors for no reason and I ordered threw the app and they locked the doors. that is not right
I passed by to eat the new hand breaded chicken and let me tell you it was delicious. I highly recommend it.
