Last time I will be going here! The food was sub bar and the service was very rude.I ordered the ribs, when they arrived i couldn't chew into them they were overdone like a jerkey. Couldn't even pull them apart with my hands and a knife.The waitress came to ask if everything was okay and I mentioned it to her. Without hesitation she snatched it off the table and rudly walked away saying "I'll fix it". If she would have asked what i would liked to do about it. I would have preferred a burger. I mean if that's how the ribs are they aren't gonna change.Me and my fiance split her meal which also was not that great. By time everyone was done eating the new ribs show up burnt to no tomorrow. Then done with the experience i just asked for a togo box just to be polite because I have anger issues and really just wanted to go before it escalated. Was given an attitude for asking for the box as well. Through the food out soon as we found a garbage can. It wasn't edible.
We tried Applebees once again & were let down. Have had nothing but bad service there & didn’t think it would get worse but due to convenience we went again. After sitting for 10 mins and no waiter/waitress approaching us we left for 99. Within 30 seconds of being sat at 99 we had a waitress at our table and a bowl of popcorn. Highly recommend making the extra drive to 99. Avoid Applebees at all costs.
If you want cold food dropped off at your table with no acknowledgement after come here. Overcooked my steak to well done and my boyfriends burger. The only warm thing on my plate was the mashed potatoes that come in a massive vat. The steamed broccoli is a joke too it was refrigerator cold. Cannot believe I paid $50 for cold slop. Took over 15 minutes to get the check too.
We ordered the boneless Buffalo wings. When we received our order we were in awe.. it looked like the smallest 10 nuggets we had ever seen and for $13!! Then our son ordered a cheeseburger as we did. His was a huge formed patty and ours was a frazzled leftover party 1/2 the size. We will never return to this place. We complained to the young male manager and he couldn’t care less!!!! Pathetic place. Use to like this place no more!!
Went for dinner with my daughter, our servers name was Ken. He was one of the friendliest people I've met. He was so kind to my daughter, he even paid for her extra side of fries. I asked for a cup to take the rest of her drink, he gave us a fresh soda to go! Food was great. I had the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders, my daughter had the kids Grilled Chicken Alfredo with a side of broccoli and fries. Overall great time out with my daughter!
Sometimes service is really fast, sometimes we might not see our waitress for 15+ minutes.Anything I’ve ever ordered here is the always good.
Great food and staff was polite and helpful with our needs example: wobbly table and offered to move to another table or booth
Great meals at great prices. Good for getting out of house and not cooking. Deals after 8pm if you go later.
2nd time giving this location a chance first visit the seat we were giving was a terrible placement so we left immediately, went back and was offered different seating options. Food was sub-par what you would expect from a chain resturant, waitress was friendly enough the pricing however is way overpriced I can cook better at home. Do yourself a favor give your business to a local non-chain resturant with better quality food you pay the same if not less.
We ordered the 8oz.steak medium rare with potatoes and broccoli. The steak was perfectly grilled. The price was 2fer $29.
