Went there for my birthday dinner with 3 of my friends when we sat down one of the managers came over to us and said that a group of kids didn’t pay last week and he was going to make sure we paid, which we always pay the bills at any restaurant! We all haven’t been there for months! It is disgusting that a MANAGER would say that to us assuming we weren’t going to pay. But the waitress was nice and was joking around with us and that was about the only good thing about the experience. Very disappointed!
I dont know why they would hire the guy they did They must be crazy That place is gonna go down hill quick He’s drug addict and drug dealer On top of it a pedaphile and on parole He has so Many diseases he shouldn’t he handling food And hes just a complete disaster The manager knows this He doesnt care
Recently the food had been awful at 99 in Torrington I swear someone apit on my food and it was nasty looking Usually ita so good looking And now its just nasty
Plenty of parking,but the new prices on the new menu don't match the portions you get. The portions are to small or the plates are to big. Service was excellent. But they can use some more lighting it looks to dim inside.

Everything was delicious. The only bad thing was that the mashed potatoes were ice cold. Steak and seafood cooked to perfection ?
Took my 10yr old here for mommy time and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Noticed my daughter's pokemon hat and came over to talk pokemon with her. Made her day. The food came fast and was very good. Great place for a date night or a family night
Had an awesome burger. The Vermont cheddar burger. Had bacon, cheddar cheese and a maple mayo. Was soooo good. My friend had the chix parm. Which was not bad! We also had a couple of drinks, can't go wrong with the raspberry martini or the bourbon smash.The waitress was terrific, friendly
The food was good, service was good. No complaints for a nice sit down meal, staff were friendly.
The waitress was very nice and got are drinks and dinner with out a long wait and made sure we had everything ? we would definitely go again
