I have placed over 20 orders at this location. The first few months were rough and every order I placed had something wrong (missing condiments, wrong condiments, undercooked when asked for well done, etc.) The order accuracy has been better recently, but the quality of the wing itself has gone down. The price of wings are going up, which I don't mind, but you shouldn't be raising prices and serving TINY wings. You are charging for jumbo wings and serving wings the size of wings you buy at the grocery store in the frozen section :(
On 6/9 I called Wings Over Stratford to give specific instructions since the App doesn't allow the costumer to specify their oder. The female worker whom I spoke with appeared to be overwhelmed from the simple instructions given. Her attitude and demeanor appears to me that she was being bothered with the call and wanted to discontinue the call as soon as possible. The last time I checked the paying costumer gets what they want, since they are paying for the service rendered. If the employees are not happy working at this particular establishment, then I recommend another occupation. The food is amazing, but the the costumer service is disgusting.
Ordered 50 wings in 4 sauces, honey BBQ, hot garlic, hot and lemon pepper. They all were great with the lemon pepper just blowing my mind (very zesty) . They were cooked perfectly and i will only order wings from this place when I'm in town.
terrible experience. terrible customer serivice. Ordered for delivery, restaurant didn't contact me until the driver got there only to tell her that their grill wasn't working and they had no grilled chicken. Then trying to get the ordered cancelled and refunded...OMG, the hassle was beyon. Not worth your time!
Probably the worst wings I have ever had. Super rubbery chicken and tasted absolutely disgusting.
Ordered 4 piece tenders and waffle fries. The chicken was like pieces of rubber. Not sure exactly what would make chicken that consistency. Tried to eat it but could barely even chew it. Flavor 10/10...Edibility 0/10. First time too :(
The best wings in town! Wouldn’t try another place in town (we did and were sorely disappointed). I love the garlic parm - brings me back to my days at UConn (Wings Over Storrs). The waffle fries are always crisped to perfection. My husband gets the medium buffalo - big and juicy. Online pick up orders are always ready on time.
Order the tender sandwhich meal it was great had the waffle fries loaded but there were a tad bit salty but I enjoyed the meal app was easy to use and they made my food in a good amount of time dnt understand how some people have bad experiences here ?? maybe different cooks? Anyway this my 3rd time here and I will be returning soon thanks ladies and gents ?
I did an uber eats order on this one. I got the 25 piece, waffle fries regular and loaded, and garlic parm tots. The tots never arrived the waffle fries were salty either way and now for the chicken. I ordered plain, sweet chili and the mango habanero. The plain tasted like naked chicken not a bit of salt or pepper at least. Just chicken fried. No flavor. The mango and sweet chili had no difference in taste. They are all packed in the same dishes separated by a piece of parchment paper. I don't think I'll be ordering from here a second time. I paid 50 bucks for what I only ate about 7 dollars worth of. My kids gave me the sideeye for this. One and done for me. The delivery guy was the best part of the meal
This place is great! The food is delicious, always packed well and ready at the time they say it will be ready.
