To start off the service was pretty decent no complaints on that. However, the pricing is outrageous! A single bacon burger with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions, fried pickles (10 slices of fried pickles) and a small strawberry banana milkshake that was overly sweet $18+. The burger wasn't anything special, I just found the food was overpriced and not that good. I won't revisit. ? Sorry.
The place was very clean.The host, very patient and polite. Service was reasonable and the burgers were juicy and cooked just right. Prices vary. We enjoyed our meal. Will go back again.
UPDATE: I went back today for my refund. Was only given a refund for the fries and bacon. Was given a 2 coupons for a free burger. :-(Very disappointed. I took my order home (I live only 5 minutes away). The fries were soggy. I was charged for bacon on my burger but it was not on it and the food was cold.
Wish they had Turkey Burgers, but I got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Others got cheeseburgers and loved them. I will be back. I hope they’ll have Turkey Burgers.
I give 1-star for how great the two kids in the front were who were helping me, but I had the worst time at this location.The manager was actively firing someone in the front of the restaurant behind a divider. The individual decided not to leave and he wanted to argue, loudly. I heard the yelling and swearing from the former employee (a young guy) as well as the yelling and terrible management from who I assume is the manager or owner of the location (old guy).I thought that the manager did not know that I (a customer) could hear this unprofessional exchange, but then he came out from behind the divider wall, looked me in my eyes and kept the extremely uncomfortable (borderline unsafe) exchange going.I assume that he figured that I'm a kid too and so he didn't care that I was hearing them. I'm a 32 year old woman. All customers should receive respect so it shouldn't matter, but I know that if I was an older person, he would have apologized. I didn't appreciate geberal lack of regard for my experience there. The kids taking my order were exponentially more professional than he was.I would suggest that he go to some sort of managerial training to learn proper customer service, how to deescalate situations, and how to appropriately talk to his staff. I'm sure the manager probably thought that I was disturbed by the kid's behavior (I was), but I was absolutely disturbed by the manager's lack of appropriate managing, as well.The other staff that were there looked extremely uncomfortable and they were apologetic. I feel bad that they work for someone like that. Empathy and compassion go a long way as a manager and I heard none. I feel comfortable saying this because I was waiting there for 15/20 minutes hearing this (though I wanted to leave).I waited by the door for my food in case I needed to leave quickly. I shouldn't have even waited for my food because it was terrible anyway. I got the fish sandwich and tator tots. I watched them fry fresh tator tots right in front of me and they still tasted old. I had a terrible experience and I will never return to this location. I will likely never go to any other Wayback burger location due to this experience.

Amazing food that is cooked fresh as you order it. Burgers taste amazing and you can even see pink in the burgers showing that they're not fake unlike other fast food places. Although you have to wait about 10-15 minutes for your food to be done, it is totally worth the wait as their food is delicious. I highly recommend.
First time eating here. I would recommend the chili cheese fries and Mac and cheese bites. I wasn’t a fan of the bourbon burger. Service was great, they were very attentive and accommodating.Update:Removed one start because the bathroom was absolutely filthy.
Burgers and fries are awesome ? just too pricey $30 for two people ??????
Great staff and good food. Some odd smell on the right side of the restraunt, reminded me of a dirty drain or mop bucket.. anyway the chili cheese fries are great and the bourbon burger was good just needed some BBQ sauce.
