Purchased 2 salads here. Both were rancid. When I went back to speak with the manager she said no refunds. She would make me another couple of salads to replace the first 2 but no refunds. Why would I want 2 more rancid salads? Be very careful ordering here. I suspect there are problems with other meats or veggies as well. Absolutely inexcusable. I left the 2 uneaten salads there.
Very stingy with topping. I'm sorry. I'm paying 8.50$ for a sub. Load it on. I know there is a product shortage, I get it, but there's no shortage in my pocket. You charge me load it on. The manager there with no teeth thinks the products come out of her pocket. Nope Sorry. Ridiculous. I'm paying for a sandwich, make it for me. Plain and simple.

Went to get sandwich for 1 of my boys.. figured I'd get 1 for myself(it's been years). Steak and cheese... was really good. ?? Subway.. South Main St.. Stratford.
The worst customer service ever very cheap with condiments for your sandwich. I went in yesterday to order me snd my son sandwich. Karon the employee told me I couldn’t order 2 subs of the day they are loosing money he was very nasty about it with a attitude and had to call his manager, after i told him my son was in the car made me get my son out the car to come in still called his manager to not sell me the sub of the day had attitude with the woman before me then threw my money at me when I finally paid for my meal the change almost fell on the floor worst service i have ever seen in my life definitely not worth the headache to eat here.
little skimpy on the addon's , veggies ... online order added mayonnaise and forgot pepper jack as ordered
Cheap with meat , hard bread when toasted order wrong and the cashier worried about leaving to catch a bus yelling at the other worker while I waited and my bread got too toasty

If I could give them a zero score I would. They have rude associates working who could care less about the customers they serve. Nothing but attitude and smart remarks while making your food. If your looking for a good place to eat make this Subway the last place on your list. #HORRIBLE
Pretty pathetic experience. I asked for some extra black olives, she moved her hand to the container and put it back over my grinder but yet maybe put one or two pieces on my sub. I asked her three more times because there was nothing going on my grinder. The last time she said they’ll be an extra up charge because this is four times the amount we normally put on. Literally there was no more on it than the first time she did it. Paid for my grinder then asked for the key for the bathroom so I can wash my hands. She said they haven’t opened their bathroom since the beginning of Covid. Seriously? The world is opening up folks. Don’t waste your time or money here.
