I usually don't drink Starbucks but I had a gift card. I had the strawberry creme frappuccino,my son enjoyed his mocha cookie crumble. Will go back and try other flavors
I ordered my drink online and I could not cancel the order or I could not change the location. They also hung up the phone when I tried to get my money back and cancel the order.
For the different locations that I shop at this one is one of the best, fast courteous service and well-made orders.
There was an issue with the app & them charging me for a cup wrong. Not sure what happened but the team was great at fixing it & they’re always fast.
I have a specially made drink..they make it without any complaints..service always with a smile..in and out..
Love Starbucks but I also love the fact that they have free wifi. BUT now when they close, they also shut off the wifi?? WHY??
i ordered an ice coffee with cream and sugar , there was not enough sugar( i ordered 4 pumps of liquid sugar ) the person behind the counter said i will put another pump in and i got my drink back easy fix and i left store
I mostly order through the app and love how quick they are in having their drinks before the estimated time
Saturday February 26th 2022 - I wanted to treat my wife to her favorite Starbucks Caramel Makiato but it turned into a nightmare, the kid at the cashier had no clue everything was a joke to him he took our order along with everyone else’s order he then gives us the wrong crossaint the drinks were not what we order I went to the bathroom and it was so filthy I had to make sure I was still at Starbucks I mentioned it to him and it went in one ear out the other the place was filthy if the owner has cameras he can revise my complaints from 6:30PM really this place has become a slum they need to hire a serious crew and keep the place clean
Since when does a Starbucks close at 4pm unlike NO other anywhere??? I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had a help shortage, but this ridiculousness has been going on for months. Each and every time I have come and gone, so have numerous other customers looking at their watch in dismay as they meet a locked door with 10+ employees inside doing whatever. And to be closing so early especially during the holiday season when everyone is out and about shopping is insane. Whoever made this decision should be fired for it’s makes no business sense whatsoever! Hope they have plans to build a new Starbucks with a drive thru and NORMAL business hours like ALL other Starbucks locations. If not then simply close this location all together!
