I went to Popeyes in Milford to see if Popeyes in Connecticut is the same every where else. Maybe with the exception of not playing Professor Longhair or Dr John, Things seemed the same. I purchased the 8 piece nuggets. I also ordered 2 drumsticks spicy. The side order was red beans and rice, As usual, my sauce was the Mardi Gras sauce. The nuggets are pretty goof. The chicken is always good from Popeyes. I do recommend. Happy 50th Birthday

I haven't been here for awhile since it went under new management, until today hoping it will be better, but no. The chicken was way over cooked and I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and they gave me 1 sauce. When I asked for more than 1 the rude lady at the window told me no. How is only 1 sauce good for 12 nuggets. Trying to make people pay extra for sauce is ridiculous. It's a same that I have to drive out of town to eat Popeyes, because this one is garbage. My family will never order from this location again. Such a pour example of a business.
Worst popeyes location EVER. ALWAYS gets our order wrong. This was the final straw. They give you substitutions without informing you, they dont give you all your items that you order. Half of my order was incorrect for a family of 4. They NEVER have spicy chicken tenders. Drive to any other popeyes location. The staff is unsympathetic, and slow even when its not busy. I've reported missing items to corporate before because I only desicovered it once I got home and there was no follow through.
NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY THEIR AGAIN!!! I ORDERED A 2 PIECE COMBO ( chicken & fries with a drink ). When I receive my order & got home I literally had only 10 Fries in my box. ? Like what type of popeyes is this. $10 for what??I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!
There are people who agree with the saying that the best way to get to know a people is through cooking. I believe that Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen represents the food that is served in Louisiana well. For those who like fried and spicy chicken and shrimp, this is the place.
Never get your order right, always running out of things, staff is rude, food is way overpriced. Don't bother.
The absolute RUDEST workers ever! My order was wrong - I asked for spicy and got plain. I asked for a meal & got no drink. Rather than apologize & offer me a drink, she was very rude about it! "Barbeque sauce" is on my receipt, but there was NONE with my order! The manager ended up coming over & rather than try to make a happy customer, she just made it worse by accusing me of not ordering correctly. My receipt says, "spicy". And the order taker repeated my order back to me, "Spicy Combo?"I hadn't been there in awhile & will NEVER go there again!
Food is greasy & the staff, well trying to be nice & honest at the same time...they seem to need more training about how to handle customers & be less caught up in their own personal conversations with other employees.
Delicious beignets ( rasp filled donuts) baked fresh to order! The Chix Sandwich is always a tasty meal too. Friendly drive thru associate. Thank you
