They have a bad attitude here, when you ask for napkins they pretend not to speak English! I ask for 2 extra sugar the manager said next time ask when you put in your order not when you pick up the order..he was rude for no reason
The worst McDonald's in all of Connecticut, in my opinion. They always mess up your order, just very unprofessional, the sweet tea is not sweet. I asked for sweet tea, not sugar free tea. Just horrible, they can't get simple orders right, just the worst.
It's McDonald's. Drive through could faster and friendly.

Guys taking order at drive thru this am could do with an attitude adjustment. Couldn't be bothered to say one word to me when I pulled up. Had to ask them how much it is and it was like I was inconveniencing them. Try greeting people for starters.

I'm pretty sure they gave me the wrong order. But they fixed it so its all good but not a great experience over all.
I've never been inside. Went thru drive thru a few times. They're convenient in the same center as my gym and also never to marshalls. Great for a nice large diet coke - everyone knows McDonald's fountain soda is the bomb. They have a driver thru, smile parking. But otherwise, nothing special I can note that differs from other locations. Just a convenient spot!
Clean, friendly, fast service, most importantly, they don't forget your straw
This was my very first time here and I felt the need to sit back and review. It seems to be the 4 pm rush as the drive through was very busy, therefore, decided to go in. After all, I was only getting a chicken sandwich to hold me over. My order came out before I was even done putting my wallet away. The drive through was running extremely smoothly and there was no line inside. To top it off my sandwich was not only piping hot but crispy as well. I read some bad reviews about this location and maybe it’s a coincidence or maybe the right manager was on. In any case, I usually don’t prefer stopping at McDonald and I would come back here to dine again. Great job this evening crew! A+++
