great view. outside dining. staff very friendly and accommodating.

Knapps Landing Restaurant.. Not Sorry. Not a fan. Got there at 5 with 7 people for a birthday. Seafood Restaurant with No shrimp and No crab cakes and no bloody Mary’s. Then no fries for the sides. I had PEI mussels. Sorry no flavor! Lobster rolls came on a small hamburger roll at 34 $ each. Then to top it off the bill was just the total and not an itemized bill and it was so screwed up and the waitress added 20% to the bill on her own. So then our friends found out they were charged twice. Manager says sorry I will fix. Possibly resolved in a week when statement gets checked. After driving 45 mins each way it was quite a letdown

Ate here yesterday never going back. Garlic mussels were indeed large but absolutely no flavor. Didn't care to finish. $16 wasted. My kids chicken tender & fries platter came out next & the chicken was so hard & overcooked my kids didn't eat it. After the muscles, I was looking forward to my veggie wrap but to no surprise that was the worst dish of the meal. "Veggie wrap" came with cottage cheese, but was disgusting. Not many vegetables other then a large slab of eggplant- wish I would have known it had eggplant because I don't care for eggplant. On a side note, my grandpa stated the lobster Mac & sheets was good but what does he know about quality! I did mention my concerns of my food to young young lady but never heard anything back. My waitress was very kind mo complaints about the girls. Waste of $168 not to mention the $30 tip. Never returning.

I had the the garlic mussels and the calamari. While the mussels were very good I prefer my calamari to be smaller and thus more tender. The tentacle parts of their calamari were the biggest I've ever seen...almost like a small octopus...?

We had a terrible experience on Mothers day and can say with confidence we wont be back.We looked at the menu online and saw items we all liked so we picked this restaurant. We made a reservation and specifically asked for a window seat with a party of 5. When we got sat it was in some corner of the restaurant. We told the host about this and she said "Those are held for reservations." Sooo I guess our reservation wasn't valid or something? When we looked at the menu we noticed alllll the prices were hiked up about 25% and we were shocked to say the least. Talk about a bait and switch. Even the dessert menu which was on our table stated that all desserts were $6.99 but on the bill we were charged $9.99. We mentioned this to the waitress and she said that all the prices have changed and they are $9.99 now. If that is the case its not the customers issue- the restaurant should take care of that FIRST.When we looked on the website we saw how some of the food was presented and it all looked great. What we got was something completely different. The lobster roll was pathetic. In customer reviews there are two huge clumps of claws and extra meat. In the one we received it was all teeny pieces of what looked like and tasted like imitation. No flavor and chewy af. The mahi mahi sandwich that was delivered also had the smallest piece of fish on there. Once again we were shocked but not as shocked as when our dessert came lmaooo. We ordered a slice of cheesecake and a slice of PB cake and I kid you not it was about 4 inched long and 1 inch wide. THAT was a total joke.....a $9.99 joke.I tried to call today but I saw on the website they are closed. But who knows- maybe that's not updated like their menu.VERY overpriced and VERY small portions.

Happy hour noted online but, when I visited the restaurant at 3pm on Tuesday April the 12th 2022 I ordered a glass of house wine (shallow pour for which I was later charged $13) and when I inquired what was included on the happy hour menu, I was curtly informed "we don't do that anymore". Disappointment, poor and unfriendly service - once and DONE, NEVER GOING AGAIN AND RECOMMENDING AGAINST VISITING

We had an awards dinner here. It was lovely. The views are superb, the service was fast, the food was plentiful, and the bartender was a nice guy. I would come back. ABSOLUTELY

Place has deteriorated over past dining experiences. Menu is scaled back with limited seafood selection. No dinner rolls ..when asked if we could get some, the answer was a flat "we dont have them anymore". Asked for wine recommendations and were told "we dont really do wine"..???? Interior is dated and bathroom was freezing...no heat? Went on Valentines Day for dinner and the place was near empty at 6..very strange. Sad as this used to be a good restaurants

I’ve been in lordship over a year and just got told about this hidden gem. It’s a perfect sleepy beach seafood restaurant (we went off season) with friendly staff, nice ambiance and right on the water! Good choice of seafood and fresh, reasonably priced, and quick. Went with my 2 year old and they were very accommodating. We will be back.

Had an excellent funeral luncheon today in the private banquet room and the view of outside by the water was outstanding. My guests were very happy and satisfied with the full menu and the quality of the food.
