So disappointing I always order here this is the first time I spent $43 and recieved a old Sicilian pizza I know it is not fresh because I get it all the time. I don't know if I will chance spending my money here anymore. Not even my kids want to eat it.
Fast, friendly, and the pizza is always good. First buffalo chicken pizza i actually enjoyed. Its a great local place to carry out, and its affordable. Great place.
I fell in love with this spot roughly 5 years ago and I'm still in love with it. My personal favorites are the Sicilian style pizza and the baked ziti, which I could eat every day. Also, the menu offers a wide range of options at a reasonable price.
The team at this location is VERY unprofessional and highly rude!! I ordered a pizza online on their app and it got delivered to my old address after I updated the address on their app. I called to explain what happened and they did not offer to deliver it to my new address and told me to come pick it up! I paid for delivery service and actually tipped these horrible employees! They did not offer another solution and when I suggested getting my money back immediately they literally laughed at me over the phone. Thai place had horrible customer service and do NOT recommend this place at all due to the simple fact of how unprofessional they are.
I ordered a small pepperoni pizza on my lunch break on Friday when i received my pizza the crust was burnt and hard i and after the first bite the cheese and toppings were all over me do better honeyspot

They really know a customer. It's hard to find a place that remembers you, even if you don't say much. I get the same pizza every time I think it's really good. I haven't really tried anything outside of the pizza. Maybe the cheese stake sandwich which was also pretty good to.
Slow service Cheap quality inflated prices,UPS WILL BE GOING TOLA VERA for peak season this year
I've ordered from honeyspot pizza for years and yes the food is great, but for the past few months their customer service is horrible. They either forget to make part of your order or the most recent was today about an hour ago. I placed an order and called after never receiving my order an hour after I placed it and they said well he will be there when he gets there he's the only driver. So I asked what do they do if my food is cold when it arrives and she said I don't know what to tell you then proceeded to laugh. If I could rate them a zero I would. My food was taken back to the pizza shop and when I asked for my money to be refunded and wanted the transaction number they said they couldn't do that. Its a shame they could take the money from the card quickly, but can't process a refund the same way. Horrible customer service I will never order from here again.
We've been ordering from them since they first opened,great food,really good menu,never been disappointed,owners are great guys,reasonable prices,usually fast delivery too,highly recommend them to anyone in the area
