Order via Doordash. Taste was good, but extremely greasy, pizza wasn't cut, and the pepperoni/ cheese falling off. Idk if I'll order again but if I do it'll be in person (no time soon though)
I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but I have to with the experience I had. This was my first time here. I ordered food for me and my 2 coworkers, the total came out to $47. They told us the food would arrive in 45 minutes. we got our food an hour and a half later. That wasn’t even the worst of it. My “Chicken Cutlet” grinder was terrible. I got dry, hard, cut up chicken. It looked like gardening mulch. What did I pay for? It doesn’t look like they but effort or thought into making the grinders. I only hope the rest of the menu isn’t that bad. I only gave them 2 stars because the lady who took my order on the phone was nice, and the delivery driver was kind.
The pizza was so good, I went back to tip the beautiful spirited cashier ten more bucks?
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered at 8:45 and when I realized it had been an hour and no call or show I decided to call. The guy literally told me that they must’ve handed my order off to the wrong person and when I told them they never called me and I was not the person they gave it to they told me it was not their problem…When my boyfriend took the phone because I was beyond upset at that point, they tried to tell him he had to pick it up when I PAID for delivery. Never again will I be ordering here again worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I called asking if a pizza could be made during takeout hours and TWICE I was hung up on by the same person. Super rude!! Guess I'm glad they hung up -- no point in spending my money at a place with such terrible service!
The best chicken soup ever I think I put two or three thru college already lol
I just ordered from Gino's via Grub Hub. (I grabbed a menu to cut that middle man out.) I ordered a chicken parm dinner. The chicken was 100% real chicken cutlet. It was not the processed chicken meat patty that most pizza places sneak under the sauce and cheese. The sauce tasted homemade like it had been simmering for hours on the stove. The spaghetti? AL DENTE not the mushy mess that most places seems to think is a 20.00 dinner. The portions were more than generous, I will get two lunches out of the serving size. The meal was absolutely delicious....that in and of itself blew me away but wait there is MORE.The amount of care that went into the packaging of this meal was TRULY a reflection that Gino's cares about it's customers. The hot meal was packed in the typical aluminum take out bowl but then placed in a secondary styrofoam container. I can't tell you how may times I have been burned or lost a meal because it was haphazardly packaged hot inside just the aluminum container. I was able to safely transport my lunch and the packaging kept the meal piping hot.Thank you Gino's! In what has become a world of Less-for-more. You have maintained a standard and I appreciate you so much !
Got my order wrong and told me I ordered it that way. "I'm not gonna argue with you but thats what you ordered". They charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. Old owners were great. New ones not so much. This was the latest of about 5 bad experiences at Gino's under the new owners. At this point they lost me as a customer. The food is good when they get the order right.
My go-to pizza delivery place, haven’t disappointed me yet. Milk shakes are sold out sometimes but that’s because they’re pretty good.
Best pızza and wıngs yummyyy
