The worst food poisoning ever. My wife and I had general tsaos chicken and wonton soup. We were both extremely ill for 3 days. This place has taken a nose dive since the business has changed hands to some idiots running it now. Will never be back and after reading some of the reviews I hope the health department takes notice.
Best Chinese food in the area. I drive all the way from west haven to get it.
The women at the front is a cold person over the phone, they don’t tell you prices over the phone, so they can up charge you, paid over $10 for chicken and broccoli combination. On the sheet it says $8.75. And to top it off they use giant carrot slices as a filler, so you only get like 5 good pieces of chicken. I’ve never recommended this place and now I never will, it’s just the closest to me. Will be going elsewhere!

Dynasty use to have the BEST homemade hot and sour soup for years. Now it's so gross. When I ordered on the phone I asked them if they still make their soup from scratch. The lady did not understand what I was asking. Anyway, I drove all the way there, came home and the soup is horrible. They changed their recipe. So sad. I loved Dynasty. The chicken on a stick is also different. It used to be chunks of chicken and now it's a thin flat piece. So maybe the owner passed away? The hot and sour soup is inedible. They used to use these cool black mushrooms and dark broth that was not thick and gummy. It's now all broth, barely any stuff and thick and gummy like they did not make in house. If you're expecting the old Dynasty food, it's gone.
This is the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever experienced. This is what happens when they get comfortable and feel like you need them. I called to place an order and I asked two simple questions what does a house special have in it ? And what was my total and she asked me to call back when I was ready because I guess I was asking too many questions for her. Then I proceeded to tell her that I am a customer calling and maybe need a little help and she tells me she doesn’t care!!!! Lol I said you don’t care about losing and customer and she said “No I don’t care “ I don’t care at all”. Listen I was not rude to her at all but she didn’t want to be bothered with me it’s crazy. What happened to customer service or maybe she’s used to treating people how ever and they still order. Only people who don’t care how they are treated eat here !
Ordered from here for the first time last night and I really enjoyed my food; will be ordering from here regularly.
This is careless and unacceptable. 10 years of line cook service between 2 restaurants, I have heard of horror stories... this being one of them. Just this small piece of steel wool is enough to cause internal bleeding and possibly death. Any restaurant that's had an issue like this has been shut down, curious to see what happens.Update: Asked for refund, cashier first said I ate too much, so I asked for partial. Then she said that "It's clean, we use to clean."
Order food about 30 minutes, slowly eating and enjoying my food then I notice as I scoop up some rice I look down and see a pice of steel wool in my rice!
Employees have really bad attitude and screaming on phone. Have no patience to take your order.
