Don’t understand how only this dunkin makes my iced coffee 90% creamer when I only ask for 3 creams
This dunkin donut on Honeyspot Rd stratford sucks big time!!! Rude staff especially the girls! I never get my order correct and when I do return there's always an attitude I have to deal with. Always snackin bacon and hasbrown undercook. I go to dunkin donut to get my coffee and make my day but instead my day gets ruin by these unprofessional and rude staff. "Manager" please hire people with great customer service
Fast friendly service. I was in & out quickly. Always a convenient place to stop on early morning start to my day.
They are very bad everytime theycome they ruin my day , my vagal never tosted I always leave this place un happy they need better employees that's can take care of customers better because I tell everyone not to come too this Dunkin & I'm from stratford
You will be late to work ordering here.Sat behind 2 cars in drive threw from 6:04 to 6:22. Staff are miserable and managers should all be terminated immediately.
Was not impressed with the service speed and the quality. I ordered 3 small hot chocolates and snackin bacon and waited close to 10 minutes with only 2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside while there was 4 people behind the counter. The only reason it is not a 1 star review because the bacon was fresh and good. The hot chocolate on the other hand "HORRIBLE" and disappointing to say the least. It was boiling hot water with a splash of chocolate. Tasted like boiling no sugar chocolate water, just AWFUL. The kids didnt even drink it and it went straight to garbage. We were in the rush so had no time to back. MONEY WASTED
I genuinely hate this dunkin donuts. It's the closest one to my job and they by far have the worst staff. Nothing but young kids playing around which is why every order I ever place is WRONG. If you want your day ruined then take your chances with this place. otherwise, I suggest a different location. Absolutely ridiculous.
We went to order and the cashier was nice but we waited for 20 minutes when there was no people inside and they messed up our order
If you want to ruin your day, start it off by going to this Dunkin location.They apparently pride themselves in ruining multiple people's days every single day.I haven't been here in a year because of how bad it was, decided to see if things improved. Nope they're ruined my day. Saw one girl wait half hour for a hot chocolate only to be told the machine is broken. Lines of cars into the street. Lines of people past the door.Abort mission. Stay Away. You would rather be hungry than go here, trust me.
Rough experience. It took 25 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. Some customers and employees were yelling and swearing at each other. Does not look like a manager was present. You will not find me there ever again.
