This is the second time they screwed it up with my order, took 14 min for a croissant, they "delete" by mistake. 2 months ago they didn't have what I want (Avocado toast), first time I ordered a decaff and they didn't give me Again what I want.

Order accuracy is not their strong suit but where they lack in that area they make up with customer service. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. And happy to fix whatever they left out.. It's a busy place so make plenty of time when you go through the drive thru. The line inside moves much quicker. P.S park nose out if at all possible to aid you in exiting the lot.

They take online orders but the doors aren't open to pick up. Seems like they make there own hours. Shouldn't take online orders if dinning room isn't open.

Stopped here with my mom and it was an awesome experience. Got my everything bagel toasted to perfection, Mom got her items and no issues...fast friendly service: I'm still impressed.

I prefer hot chocolate rather than coffee and I purchase it from several Dunkins in the area. This was the absolute worse cup of hot chocolate I've had. You should be ashamed of yourself for serving it.

Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the rudest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had multiple bad incidents here but this morning at 8:30 am I went to go get my morning coffee thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order had the rudest tone and snapped at me while I was just waiting patiently to be greeted. The kind lady in front of me was nice enough to pay for my order and it brightened up my morning until I pulled up to receive my order and heard your employees gossiping and talking about how “oh he’s probably not even gonna pay it forward”. Can you tell your employees to at least make sure they close the window before they start talking trash on your customers? I get if they hate their jobs but they don’t have to go and make everyone’s morning worse. Absolutely terrible experience and so unwarranted .

Not enough staff at this DD. There was a line around the corner for the drive thru and a long line inside to get coffee.
