Love the food at Duchess! Only get to go once in a while when im in the area for work. Really wish they had one closer to my house! Soooo much better than Mcdonalds, and sooooo much cheaper too! Store is clean, staff are pleasent, always look forward to going.
I picked up dinner for my son , he enjoyed it.

Trying to get dinner tonight 1/19/2022 at 8:30pm. Went inside. I was the only person in the restaurant. It took the manager 2 minutes to take my order. It took the cashier 2 minutes to realize my food was ready and in the window. She was on her phone. Fast food isn't fast when no one cares to help the customer!!! Pro tip: GET OFF YOUR PHONES

Poor service . Ordered 2 of the omelet platters asked to add cheese , none added. Staff were rude which is not normal for this location.
