I love chipotle but this chipotle is so bad. Whenever I place an order pick up (just one order of food) I end up waiting more than 30 mins from the predictive pick up time. If I try to go in just to place an order, the food is always dry, no seasoning at all idk how you can mess that up it’s literally given to you in a bag.
Don't bother using the app to order ahead. It's much quicker to walk in and order.
I was there to get an order for someone else. I gave three stars for the service. The guy was very rushy and it wasn't even crowded! He basically threw the food together. Thank goodness the person I ordered for enjoyed the food. So it's good food, not so good service.
I LOVE Chipotle, but I will NEVER return to this one. 630 dinner time and all the containers had scraps of dry food. The beans looked like dog food. No guacamole, no forks. No napkins out. Dirty and disgusting window. Glass display for food all streaky..Thank God the youg ladies tried to be as helpful as they could. They just kept apologizing.
I’ve been supporting this location since it opened but after last night that’s it for me. I placed an order online; went to pick up and the young lady had the worst attitude ever when I asked how would I be reimbursed since they were out of the items I ordered. I was told to contact corporate with the nastiest attitude. While driving off the young lady slammed the drive through glass window, rolled her eyes and flipped me the bird. What customer service! Immediately it felt unsafe to consume whatever she rolled up in the burrito so I reversed and asked her for the manager. I’m almost certain the person she called was not the manager. I handed the items back to him and told him I no longer wanted it. #nastyattitudeisbadforbusiness
The manager Rob is a joke. he lets the staff do what they want. the other manager Nicole is a joke as well. You have 2 over paid people who dont car3 about the customers or their staff. This store has turned to trash. Cooperate...open your eyes and do something!! your managers are jokes!!
DONT EVEN BOTHER. I never leave bad reviews, but I want to warn people how terrible it is. I've been 6+ times thinking, oh maybe they're changing manager or something.....but no. it continues to get worse and worse. I finally had to STOP GOING.
If you haven't been to Chipotles and you live in the area. This is a good one to go too. Not great but the food is good. The help can be a little rushed. When you're thinking about what you want. I think the line isn't set up correctly. I would have given a better rating only if the help was better.
Disappointing that I placed an online order at 6pm for this order on 11/28 for a pick up time of 9:30 since I get off work at 9pm.When I arrive to the location to pick up they had thrown all the food out and apparently had no food to make an order that was placed at 6pm.To drive all the way there just to get told that is a slap in the face and makes me not wanna return.
The food is usually really good but recently the rice hasn’t been cooked and it’s gross. The first time I thought was just a fluke… but the 2nd time in 2 weeks and the rice is still undercooked and hard and every bite is gross. Tried calling to tell them and no one answered. So this will be twice that I can’t eat my food
