Boston chicken used to be really good but now the chickens are dried out Some of the toppings are OK But my biggest problem Is drumstick tips are burnt and the breast is dry Doesn't taste quite fresh That's just my opinion
None of the employees had any kind of personality acted like we were bothering them and the combos were not listed on the menu
[No Gloves] The guy with drive thru headphones (maybe the manager) touched my corn bread without any gloves on, and his hands did not look clean at the time.Other than that, the food was eatable.I'm noticing this place has issues with cleanliness and food safety.
She was fighting with the cashier about the broccoli and decided against the larger size and took the smaller size. Corporate tends to be grimy with the portions and unforgiving on the price. The value is the kindness and patience of the cashier since we know that it's not just the food that brings us back. The vegetables need to be more generously distributed. The main course like prime rib needs to be regularly offered even if cold and warmed up later. The menu needs help.
The food is awesome. Especially the sweet thai garlic chicken
Two night now in a row first time ordering in years. Half chicken white, is it so hard to understand the difference between dark meat and white chicken? When does a half chicken white only have one wing and breast. Fire your door dash order person you are losing money on free food and lost future business from me
I go every now and then for the meatloaf I enjoy the meatloaf dinner with mashed potatoes and corn and the little cornbread.
Haven't been here in years. But surprisingly the food was still good, and the service was great.. everyone was super nice, masks on and gloves. I had the ribs and they were delicious and very moist. Plus the creamed spinach one of my favorites was just as good as I remember.. will probably be back soon!
This Boston Market the African manager guy is rude and talks anyways to women. I was a dasher this particular day. From that experience I wouldn't take my dog there to get food. Plus he locked the store at 11am to run somewhere and came back 15min later. Who does this!!! Also employees n manager were not wearing masks ?
