I’ve never been so unsatisfied that I had to leave a review but here it is . I ordered a Chicken Cesar salad , because the girl didn’t confirm my order for her and my clarity I ended up with just salad … no chicken … by the time I got my chicken delivered separately I had already missed my scheduled lunch at work and they STILL charged me for the chicken even though they inconvenienced me ….. When I finally got to eat I went to put my parmesan on my salad and discovered the cheese was GREEN .. it was one thing for them to get my meal wrong but the moldy cheese was my last straw .. I won’t be returning
Ordered delivery from Bella Napoli. Came super fast, delivery driver was so kind and pleasant to talk to, and food was amazing.
Clean and safe establishment with workers wearing masks and gloves. Brought the kids to dine out and pick up. They also deliver.
I had a problem with my order at the Bella Napoli in Stratford. I called and talk to Erlind. He was very rude & nasty. I have never called with a complaint. He called me a difficult customer. This difficult customer will take her business somewhere else. No customer should have to tolerate being talk to in that manner.You need to check who you have working for you. With an employee like erlind you could definitely lose more customers. The food is ok..there's plenty of pizza places in town that's much better.
Didn't like the service order 2slice of pizza and a grinder.grinder was very dried and the slices were cold.waited for 10 minutes before we got our meal.
Really good tasting pizza. Just enough of each topping, then cooked until the crust edges are just a bit crunchy. So good. Pizza is a bit greasy. Staff is nice and I get in and out at lunchtime quickly.
Pizza always yummy, the turkey club platter is delicious! Food is always fresh!

I used to really like this place.... until just now, when I see a kitchen worker come out of the side door, reach INTO the trash can on the sidewalk, and pull out THREE discarded pizza boxes, and bring them back inside the kitchen, which I can only assume to REUSE USED PIZZA BOXES for new food!!!! ?
Honestly I wasn’t expecting the food the be this good. The chicken park grinder was fresh and delicious, the pizza was cooked perfectly. With all the topping we put on it, it didn’t get all soggy. Really good food
