Visited Zstrict on Saturday night (7pm). Took my husband and brother out for a fun night of golf. Unfortunately it wasn't fun at all. The young guy at the front desk was very rigid and direct. The atmosphere was "dry" very low music and it was dark. We saw an advertisement at the front desk, it was a weekend special for unlimited pitchers of Bud light. My husband and I decided to order one. We walked over to the bar to order our pitcher and food. We asked the bartender for the special. She was very rude. She didn't even greet us and seemed bothered by our presence. Within our 1 hour of play we decided to order a second pitcher. We were also reminded during our playtime that we only had 15 minutes remaining and that we would need to wrap it up soon. My husband proceeded to close out our tab and realized we were being charged for another pitcher although there was a weekend special. He asked the bartender, Laura, I believe was her name, why were we charged for another pitcher if the special says unlimited. She said that was only applicable after 8pm. I then asked the guy at the front desk he said there was a 2 hr limit for that special, we were only there for an hour. Apparently he decided to then ask the bartender and she made up another rule and said it should be $18 per person for the weekend pitcher special. The front desk guy ran outside when we were close to our car to share this information with us. I asked him to show me the fine print on the special saying that. There was no such thing. It was a very uncomfortable night. Not the fun night we were expecting. I don't think we'll ever be back. In 2020 I was going to celebrate my husband's 40th Birthday then Covid cancelled our plans, now I'm glad we didn't celebrate his party there.
Top of the line golf simulator about 1.5 hours north of Manhattan. We had a great experience, and enjoyed our time spent there. Ben really helped my buddy with his stance, swing path and how to think about the game. √25 stars, easy!
Just a fantastic experience. Simulator was awesome, the setup was great, the bar was nice… it was just a perfect place to spend a few hours on a rainy weekend. Highly recommended to anyone looking to scratch the golf itch outside of a course.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly, The manger Bradon was very attatentive and more than willing to lend us a hand with anything we needed. The experience is well worth the price and is a great way to spend a evening.
Brandon was very kind to my group during our time at ZStrict. There's alot of games to play with the simulation not just limited to golf, and the drinks are good too.
Great place to play golf during the cold days. Brandon is attentive and provided excellent customer service during my first time playing there.
Ben MacKey thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon my grandson Lucas had a great day we will be back. As busy as it was you took the time to give the kid some tips thanks again. Just add this the burgers are very good.
I’d just like to thank ZSTRICT and their customer service. I had a confusion with the payment which cost me play time today. Customer service handled it nicely and treated me very well. Props to ZSTRICT for making things right and I will definitely come back in the future
What an awesome facility. On top of it a great team.Ben the GM always puts together phenomenal league with prizes that are better than any other golf league I've been in.Ben is also the best teaching pro I've worked with and a lesson in the sim gives immediate feedback.In the winter it's a great place to keep your golf game up. In the summer it's a quick way to get 18 holes in by yourself over the noon hour and at Pebble Beach.
First time visiting any golf simulator and the experience is just unbelievable. Phenomenal facility and Ben does a hell of a job explaining the technology and how to go about it all. Definitely a great option during the winter months.
