Beautiful restaurant, quick and friendly service.
Paid and ordered 5 different burgers through UberEats, and once the delivery came I received 1 burger and a baked potato. Horrid quality control. The lights are on but no one's home. The employees left for lunch and never came back it seems.
These guys need training. Horrible customer service. Close their doors earlier than the hours mentioned. If y’all want to work, show it! Go to the Greenwich one location better.
Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt the always mess up my order. I’m not giving them any more service.
I went through the drivethu. After i received my order i realized right away my order was incorrect. I went back through the drivethru again explained what I received wasn't right. I was told I had to make another order and I cannot Receive a refund. Then the manager said " What was he going to do with the food?Throw it in the garbage? Very nasty All I wanted was him to refund me my money or give me a different sandwich. He was very rude. He shouldn't be working in a restaurant business with that attitude. Worst Wendy's Ever!!

Ordered large drinks with my mobile order and the app glitched and defaulted to small. Brought it to Paula (that's what she claimed her name was; she had no name tag), the girl at the counter's, attention and she RUDELY barked "That's what you ordered!" I explained there was an error and asked if I could upgrade. She ignored me and walked away. I asked her THREE times total and she ignored me all three times. I asked to speak a manager and she stated "I am the manager!" THAT she heard! She then commenced to walk away... again! Idc about the drinks. The way she handled the situation was completely atrocious, rude and unprofessional... ESPECIALLY for a manager!!

Workers clearly don’t care and are awfully trained. Barely speak English. There were multiple hairs in my burger + didn’t even apologize. So nasty.
I remember in the spring, it'd take at least 30 minutes or an hour to get food from the drive-through. As of now, I'm glad they're picking up the pace. (Roughly 3 minutes to 5 minutes max).I hope they can continue this! Also, I give it three stars because the fries they gave me are mostly burnt. :/Edit - February 21st, 2022: The fries were SUPER salty, making it impossible to eat them. The bacon on my Baconater were not even cooked, and it felt old or weren't heated. It was hard and tasted bland. Lastly, the mayo on my burger tasted horrible. It wasn't smooth, it was clumped together like glue. I took off my three stars to one star.Another edit - March 11th, 2022: I don’t know how many times I am going to edit my review for this place, but I went here recently and my Baconator this time tasted perfect. Unlike last time, this time it was warm and the bacon was good. The fries that came along weren’t nearly burnt either. The service was fast for drive through, and I’m glad that they’re keeping up the pace. My review now is three stars.
